About inzaratha
I have been writing an epic fantasy novel, "The Stone + The Feather" for more years than I had hoped and as I'm am an artist now starting doing it as a graphic novel as well. I originally came up with it while riding my horse in the woods as a kid.

My art site http://inzaratha.deviantart.com/gallery/

I have some other ideas I would like to make into graphic novels so I am currently working on learning how to use computer graphic art programs. I get held back by computer memory and time as I work a lot of hours full time and read a lot too. I do my best thinking while doing something else at the same time, like coming up with story ideas while riding, or listening to music, or doing artwork while watching shows. I'm an introvert and a lot better at writing and being online than I am with actually talking to people...

I am a big fan of Stargate SG 1 and Atlantis, and other sci-fi shows like Serenity/Firefly, Smallville, Supernatural, etc and love martial arts movies and medieval settings.

Interests include reading manga, sci-fi and fantasy, martial arts, horses - equestrian, art, music, anime and movies

or anything with good looking guys fighting. :)

I have college BA's in both fine art and history. I especially like the Black Death and the Renaissance.

I have trained horses professionally, worked in a museum, taught horse sculpture in a museum, owned an art gallery, worked in a library and in schools.
For a career now, I work with troubled teens/ juvenile delinquents in a locked residential school-
Think of it like Hogwarts meets reform school in the desert. with a tan

I like to write, draw, read and explore places either mentally or psychically and spend a lot of time online cause I don't sleep and usually busy cause I have a brain that does not shut off. I also drink lots of coffee and tea.
My favorite authors are Tolkien, Tad Williams, Mercedes Lackey, Terry Goodkind, Terry Prachett and Ayn Rand, Edgar Allen Poe, Ray Bradury, Robert Frost.
Currently taking Korean karate - Kukyidou and Judo.
In the future I would like to learn to read and or speak Japanese and Korean but I'm not much of a speaker, even in English I'm better at writing than talking. But I would like to know the language, even if I never actually speak to a human in it. My second language is French. I enjoyed learning obscure languages like elvish or runes too.

I listen to a lot of music. Favs include Nightwish, Apocalyptica, HIM, Versailles, Linkin Park,Within Temptation, Amorphis, Bach, the Gazette - metal, classic and celtic and visual kei I like music that is actually good musically.

My music radio http://www.last.fm/user/inzaratha

I have a long term relationship with a musician.
his band/ songs - Luminatus (symphonic metal if you like Evanescence or Nightwish check it out) http://www.reverbnation.com/luminatus4
http://www.jango.com/music/Luminatus?l=0

Webtoons - I like a bunch of ones not on MAL.

I'm reading a Korean novel in translation called "The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor" More recently I've watched some dramas -before I mostly watched Lots of martial arts movies, my list includes 49 days, Boys Over Flowers, Secret Garden, City Hunter, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, You're Beautiful, My Love From Another Star, The Heirs, Heartstrings, Rooftop Prince, Faith, Arang and the Magestrate, Flower Boy Next Door and Angel Eyes.
http://mydramalist.info/user/28048/inzaratha/dramas
http://mydramalist.com/dramalist/inzaratha

I actually started watching some anime and martial arts as a little kid cause my best friend was a half-Japanese boy with a talking pet crow, but he returned to Japan. (I know sounds like some weird manga but my life is weirder...) I got into it again later from fantasy / sci fi and then discovered 7 years ago or so I really enjoyed reading shoujo and a lot of others. It's the perfect blend of art and story and I'm addicted to manga. lol
I have a lot of series that I love reading, and I enjoying discussing chapters with people as the people irl that I know don't read what I read, hence online.

Yes I unabashedly do enjoy shoujo! Which is odd because I am not very feminine mentally. I like romances and fantasy, supernatural stories, mysteries, but I also like to read seinen, josei and some shounen, crime dramas etc. I prefer reading over watching, but when I watch anime my preferences are different from my reading ones, I prefer more action and supernatural or fantasy or mystery and slice of life to watch.

Right now I am trying to complete more of the ones on my too huge list!
for my geeky and other interests

I know, but XP kinda rox, still one of the best OS’s in the world, oh Windows 8 is not a good OS my cousin uninstalled it immediately saying he can’t play games and stuff lol Yeah.. Could be. Windows updates causing the PC to crash? Hmm.. Maybe it’s a registry issue, I know there was one time where Windows updates totally disabled my system, and we actually stopped updating its ridiculous, I only update the apps and drivers after that. Windows 7 is kinda okay, I was really angry when I had to switch from XP to 7 but with time, got used to it :P

That Canadian girl liked Hindi movies too lol I stopped watching them after a while, they are fun, sometimes way too dramatic . I like Howard Shore’s music  LOTR and many of the musicians in Japan industries too.
Ahahaha, I like French people, his professor seems to be a darling lol I’ll remind him! Thanks for the advice XD You should see how many clothes he bought LOL
I bet she is not French Canadian, she said she grew up in South American countries, and he accent and conversation was kinda different from American and she spoke so fast! So Detroit is the most dangerous! *shivers* It must be like hell.

Well I was working for the funeral, and I was still doubtful about my Uncle’s death, because his house is supposed to be haunted and everything, I mean even a few days before his death, he’d told the servants that something fixed him in place and he bit the thing. And he also keeps seeing dead people around the house, the house itself is very old so.. Also he and a servant was strangled in their sleep, it was very creepy since I had to sleep over there (which I didn’t sleep lol) Also the most surprising thing is what my mom told my father’s older brother that day,( something that I shouldn’t have heard I guess ):O Well when we started to build upstairs of our home, mom and dad bought an exorcist over (most people do this to check the land before building houses) and he had told that this place is filled with “creatures that crawl” (no surprises there! XD) and there’s a hundred year old dead lady haunting the neighborhood, it seems that she goes to every backyard of the lane but not inside the houses.

Oh sorry about your aunt’s death as well :( hopes she rests in peace. Oh wow that’s some serious futuristic omens your mom saw, does she see them regularly? I mean I see them regularly and reversely. Sometimes it can be annoying and scary. I know for a fact that I can’t actually see ghosts no matter how hard I try, but I can feel them, after the funeral, I felt something touch my head and then something really cold touch my back after that, and the feeling on my head went away :O and then when I slept that night, I dunno wtf it was(a paralysis) something weird, like the time stopped ( this is really hard to explain) it was 1:30 am when I checked the clock, I didn’t sleep and the weird thing (black hole I call it) and then I check the time it was 2:30 O.o and the weirdest thing was I was sleeping on my side and the pillow I was sleeping on, was on my head, literally on my head lol I was like ooookaaaaaay.. O>O I didn’t do that… *shivers* after that day nothing happened.

But there’s a theory that Light is a Shinigami, it was speculated from an OVA, as for L Wikipedia says he is kinda responsible for stopping world war 3 (fictionally) Can bullied people be narcissistic I mean, they get low self esteem because of bullying and to fight it they rank themselves highly causing it to be narcissistic.
In related to that Zombie dream, nah I don’t watch zombie movies that’s what makes it so weird :O No one actually know how Joker became the Joker right? There are only theories XD Anyways my brother’s and mine’s greatest villain of all time lol Yep Chucky has a son, he wasn’t like chucky, kinda okay at first tho, I don’t fear dolls actually, I like them hehe

It must be like hurting when a childhood friend like him, turns his back on to you :( At least you gained some experience from it, Rejection has total creepy effects on that dude huh? Was he umm like crazy when he was a child or did it starting when you were grownup? Could he be a Schizophrenic since he’s hearing voices? :O It must be a stressful experience. I kinda felt that way after the thief incident, since I saw the thug’s face and etc. I got sleep medication since I lost plenty of it lol but you feel threatened every second, I don’t know how I calmed down lol

Did you know that 76% of the serial killers wet their beds? ;/ I bet they see the people they killed in their dreams. Most of them also have head injuries and things. The childhood years are the only possible alternative for curing them I guess, when you’re an adult it’s impossible.

I heard Labs can become aggressive? Yep I wish I can have 6 more pups and a dolphin, but the world is not ready for this haha!

You seem to have a lot of stuff related to the blue color, are your eyes blue too? :D Ohh I see, but there is also St Raphael and Gabriel right? Most of the angels have “el” to the end of their names right? Anyways I like their names, they sound beautiful. And most of the angels, even tho they are famous for one thing, they can do other things too ne? Like healing and etc.

I would like to see such places too, I found the Stonehenge fascinating and many other sites. Maybe you should join a paranormal group? You sure have a lot of experience. I finishes some of the mangas I’ve been reading like “Dear” and “Aku no hana” Aku no hana is psychologically weird, I think you might find it interesting.

And then there were a lot of updates from BOTWG. I watched Drrr and Azumanga Daioh, I like DRRR it was cool and the op’s were awesome, im kind of in a mood for something weird as in horror, oh and there’s an anime show called Yami Shibai, an ep is about what 5min, all horror, small stories, it’s interesting! I finished the 1st season, and finished the latest eps of the 2nd season. What have you been watching? :)

Take care!

Arrrghh, sorry about the late reply T__T I get a flood of comments on my prof and I end up replying to the earlier ones but I take a long time

I'm planning to read the ones you suggested. Yep I see people with huge lists but they don't have as much in the "currently reading" lol, I have so much planned to read as well

I have so much manhwa & manhua to read, I heard there's a lot of good ones. I gotta expand on my other fav genres as well, I'm currently reading a lot on the BL side, next is shounen or horror.

I try not to get into too much dramas for the same reason xD I can't handle too much drama in.. dramas o_o. Even so, I can't leave it halfway due to my curiosity. I haven't found any other ones that look interesting yet :I

Eitoku | 07-15-14, 10:18 AM
Haha, I am trying not to! But tumblr is really a good site for spazzing out in plenty of fandoms and such. I've also been keeping track of plenty of animes lately. So many awesome ones are coming out this month ><

Oh I see, don't work too hard now! And try to relax as much as you can. I'm back to school and working at the same time though it wasn't as stressful as before since I only picked a few subjects (I'm taking it slowly for now) and I had someone to assist me.

And by the way - do you have any new obsessions?

random_Z | 07-14-14, 1:22 PM
And I love how yona is becoming stronger!! And short hair definitely makes her cooler :P
Yeah, the moment when his mask feel off, I fell in love with his eyes <3 And I hope we can see him in more moments x) Yes, because first she's connected to that main who controls the dragons and also, because of her great personality! :D The yellow dragon is still a mystery to me :(

It's so cool that you are so crazy about manga! I also love manga, currently I've been reading more manga than watching anime. Seeing your anime list, I have to ask: don't you like to watch an anime adaptaton of a manga you've read? :O
Do you also collect manga? :)

greatyu | 07-06-14, 12:12 AM
I got the m-board fixed after they imported a new one, and tested it they found that’s it something wrong with the RAM, my father was soo angry because it keeps breaking lol I see, but we bought the PC from a Muslim shop, I guess it adds up that they aren’t trustworthy. Our computer mechanic is a Muslim as well, but I don’t think he did anything on purpose. Damn to think America would sabotage PC’s :O My brother once told me that you really need to have luck to get a good one *sigh* Fancy living in Vegas, I don’t like living in cities it’s kind of noisy :)

I watched Paranormal Activity 5 – ha! It’s not that scary but it got interesting, things keep getting clearer with the every release of the series lol. I heard it’s based on the Blair witch project. Aw I see, I think I watch a lot of American horror instead of the basic romance and action lol. I’ve never watched “Full House” so I caught on with some eps of that whilst my PC was down. It was okay. Even though it’s rare I sometimes watch Hindi Movies, I watched “Highway”- a girl gets kidnapped and develops Stockholm syndrome, the music was done by A.R Rahman also known as the maestro, he has two academy awards and he doesn't music direct in just some movie you see.

Lucky for my bro, he gets along with the Professor well (maybe because he is French?) and also he has a SL friend over there, I’m pretty sure he’ll get around though. Okay thanks :) I’ll tell him. Just recently we had to entertain a Canadian at our house lol She lives in Michigan though, poor thing. Heard Michigan is famous for its criminal rate.
Yes the red woman is the sister in law of one of our uncles. Some say that because her husband has another affair with a woman, the rest of the family convinced her that she was ill and had a demon was inside her, she was beaten by the exorcists and the family. (Exorcists beat the possessed person thinking the demon would leave- its ridiculous!) Anyways she died, and she never left the house. Occupants hear noises of clothes getting washed, footsteps, voices etc. And my aunt had seen her near the door- her back in fact, wearing a red dress. As soon as she came near her she fled out of the house, the deceased lady had two kids, once at the temple the younger kid had told my aunt that his mom was actually calling him and if please that he could go to her. (This was after her death)

Speaking of deaths, we lost our father’s younger brother today unexpectedly, he wasn't sick or anything and we still dunno the reason yet. But there were weird things which happened in their house. Once my deceased uncle saw a wisp of smoke appearing and disappearing, my grandma lives along with him and she is 96. She was acting weirdly, she wouldn’t keep still for even a minute, and her mind seemed restless like for an example. She would say that she’d go to sleep and off she goes, but after another minute she’d change her mind and come back :/ My uncle also noticed that she was acting more and more like as if something possessed her, and my father told an astrologist to make an amulet. Amazingly after she was given the amulet she seemed to come back to her normal self. She also saw “someone sitting on her bed” and she kept one of Buddha’s pictures in the room and it went away. I feel bad for my dad, he seems devastated :( Oh and before I got the news, I dreamed that I was at a wedding, and according to the reverse-dream-theory it depicts a funeral. I’ve seen weddings before in my sleep and afterwards there was always a funeral.

Ouija board is dangerous. I tried it recently, didn’t work for me. I always thought that you’d have to chant something to contact the spirits, but it’s not so. Haha, yeah I agree we shouldn’t let trouble follow us to the core, and spirits are trouble. Spirit trance dances are risky, because the demon might possess someone from the crowd. You also have to give the spirit something as in a bargain, usually its chicken’s blood, food or clothes oh and sometimes jewels.

I kind of found hard to believe that someone like Light could be Narcissistic in that type of a family background, but on the other side he seemed as if he hadn’t had any friends. I remember that Ohba rated Light’s intelligence higher than L’s. I didn’t even believe when L died, I thought that he’s gonna pop out of an ep any second—seriously! Yeah, I just wanted to see Light die at least pompously, and dat laugh though, I won’t ever forget that laugh haha.
You’d think that dream is crazy? I’ve had a sleep paralysis where my whole family turned into zombies and charged after me, scary as hell! And I even knew I was in paralysis! I thought : oh if maybe I sleep in this world, I might wake up normal LOL I just like the fact that Joker is kinda creative when he uh kills. Ha! Chucky—I can’t believe he had a son – wtf!

Here Muslims are disliked because of their weird cultural stuff, and a good thing too. I mean women can’t even go inside the mosque! Not even for the weddings! Some monks got together and formed a sort of a group that fights Muslims- but I think that’s just going too far.

Wow—that stalker guy is soo scary, but why did he got so obsessed with you? :O oh I see that explained it. But black magic has a certain price in this life and the afterworld. He seemed so desperate: / *facepalm* I’ve heard this one story where, a boy was so obsessed with the girl he liked, he couldn’t get her in that life and in the next life he possesses the girl (the girl also died so it’s her next life too) messing up her school work and etc. When conversing with the exorcists , the boy spirit said that he wouldn't leave her and would take her with him, but the exorcists succeeded. It’s like the black magic is causing accidents as a gift for his birthday, the dude is completely insane.

Whoa, that’s crazy! Some places in America are just dangerous as ever, I mean shooting random people? We had some serial killers here, but the police would just shoot them under the false pretence that it’s for self-defense, thus a serial killer never survived here. I don’t think the government does anything to show mercy to any serial killer, kill one and you get jail for life- no death penalty. My grandfather used to be a principal of two schools, and after that he used to teach Buddhism and other stuff to the prisoners in jails. That’s a very good point, yes treatment in the early days could do wonders especially for kids who are mentally challenged.

Half wolf?? :O whoa I would love a half-wolf doggie too! ^^ but aren’t wolf hybrids hard to tame? :O I would love a lab puppy *sigh* actually I would like at least a dozen puppies and a dolphin *sigh*

I like mythology and folklore too, I like Chinese folklore very inspirational and amazing artwork.

Some of the relics enshrined in structures, displays rays of weird lights all around the structure. Sometimes stupas would spill milk from the top of the structure from nowhere (these structures are huge!), when the milk is boiled for traditional purposes, I saw it with my own eyes.

Kali-yuga is known as the period where the world would come to destruction.
This is a picture of Kali: http://templeuvup.org/user/530868/images/2279720960_b2bb5b069f.jpg

It’s a symbolic representation where, the Asuras tried to invade the gods, and she turned into that form and raged havoc, killing and drinking blood, eventually she lost control after becoming drunk and her husband Shiva sacrificed himself to stop the catastrophe. The tongue is out to show her embarrassment as she had stepped onto her husband when she regained consciousness. Doing business with Kali is very dangerous, your enemy had to be correctly evil meaning, you yourself should be innocent, it can’t be something where you falsely blame others to get rid of your pain, when you yourself is guilty. If that’s the case you yourself get punished. She judges and tests people first if you pass her test, she'll help you.

St Joseph is very popular here. Who is he? But alas St Michael is not that popular here. Come to think of it I haven’t heard much of exorcisms done by Catholic priests here. There was one, where a friend of my class mate’s he got possessed, god knows who. My friend’s brother witnessed things flying about and all the supernatural stuff, later they found out that there’s a dead woman and a child following him everywhere. Ah yeah, I’ve heard about those Miracles, the virgin Mary comes and tells people, sometimes to erect monuments or churches, she sometimes help people discover healing springs and wasn't it a prediction that once saved a Pope?

Black Mirror was cool, I liked it. It was dark, ambient, gothic and Victorian. I told my cousin about the Poveglia island episode and he really liked it, he is kind of obsessed with witches, especially the white witches and their festivals, thus I recommended him the GA Salem episode and he liked it. Check out the Overland hotel and saloon, there’s something special there. GA really has a great historical value; most people just get buried only in the paranormal. Anyways the 10th season would begin in fall so they said.
Hope you’re getting on well with things :)

Clubs are an interesting way to keep myself busy, haha. I enjoy it too.

I see. My mother was the only one to make me sing since I'm the oldest and my sister isn't expressive in general. Yeah, I also experienced things that aren't usual too. Expected since I'm from a gangster background.
Hmm, what do you mean by original? Isn't it kinda expected that new ideas aren't easy to think of? And maybe studios have a quota of movies to make, so they don't have the time to think of new ideas. Yeah, don't like certain things for real either. Like BL or GL, just let them stay fiction. lol

Another one I should add is Scarlet Carnival. Practically everything they scanlate is worth reading. Zero Sum and Square Enix did one of my favourite series so I love them for it, lol. I follow any scanlator/publisher/mangaka that has done a favourite or two.
Heh, don't know why I can think so stubbornly when it comes to this topic. Guess I'm strong-willed. Haha yes, I always admired Colonel Sanders since knowing his story. xD

Fantasy formulas are the best.
Romance sometimes don't work out since there are many kinds of personalities, and you're only comfortable with certain matchups. But I also don't like knowing that the girl ends up with a jerk and the nice guy is just being used lol.
Horror is formulaic but they don't necessarily follow it to the dot, right? The mystery or horror genre has more possibilities out of my favourites, that's why I mentioned it. ^^ Red herrings add a lot to the suspense, and it's useful especially in VNs. . .

I've read Ilegenes ofc. Haven't started the sequel yet though. Still around chaper 4 of Bokura no Kiseki. Not sure but maybe I'm not in the mood for shoujo? lol. I'll check out Kono oto Tomare soon. Omg so many recommendations from you x.x
So have you caught up with Akagami no Shirayuki Hime? I think I'm behind by some chapters now. Currently trying to catch up to Karneval.

EXYA | 07-04-14, 1:21 AM
Liked it a lot, thanks again! I'm just glad that MAL has this recommendation system and such a great user base.
