DON'T LIE TO ME!! There already is a new FMA. =P Seriously though, I might pick it up, I've been looking for something new to watch.
And I don't know whether Z mentioned it or not, but I am back in Tucson for a bit on a contract job... feel like making a day trip back down to the old 'hood? Maybe a weekend or something, or I could head up. Let me know. =)

Yeah, Endless Eight was pretty close to the death of the series for me. I will give them points for originality, but they lost way more points than they gained by dragging the whole thing out for so long... would it have lost any impact if it was 'Forever Four' instead of Endless Eight? Ah well, they made it past that and I'm back to enjoying the whole thing.
I think you should catch up with FMA, it is PHENOMENAL. They went a completely different direction with the show starting around episode 14, and things are getting INTENSE at this point. It's probably my favorite show on right now.
As for life, I'm not doing too much. Trying to find a job and failing miserably because of the economy. I wish I had tried going to every job fair available now, at least I might have found SOMETHING. But that's what I get for graduating in a shitty economy. Should've stayed in school for a few more years... I could've tried for the Van Wilder 7 year plan, lol. Anyway, how are you? Is Phoenix any better for you than SD is for me? If you're unemployed as I am, you and Z should make a road trip out and beach it up with me for a week. =P Anyway, sorry for the essay. I'm done now.

Yeah...Lucky Star...I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. That's why it took me so long to finish. I skipped every lucky channel segment since I believe they shouldn't even of been included in the show. IMHO of course. It took me year also because I was watching the R1 release so when I first got it I didn't just plow right through it.
Bakemonogatari on the other hand is my favorite summer series. I love Shaft anyways so that only helps the case. Its a good show basically segmented into little 2 to 3 episode plots. The only other show I finished this season was Aoi Hana, but that's because I love the yuri. Other than that Canaan and Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 have been on my watch list too. Really looking forward to the fall season.

I know, I'm so glad they finished that retarded arc and are back to canon. Have you been following FMA:B? Now THAT is getting serious.
Also, this is a little late, but thanks for the jDS (and the Pocky, but that was gone in like 10 mins). I was stoked out of my gourd when Zach gave it to me. You guys rule.

Yeah, I liked Toradora, except it was one of those shows where after seeing the second episode, I knew how it was going to end. But the fun part is seeing how the story gets to that end. It's funny though, because I've never really been a fan of the tsundere chars, but I still loved the show.

Soul Eater was great, although apparently the end deviated from the manga, and I could kind of tell while watching. The last group of episodes had a kind of different feel and pace than the rest of the series, but as a whole, it was still really good. K-ON! was a FANTASTIC show, and I was going to leave you a note telling you to watch it. I won't say much, but I will say this: it was the first show in years that got me to watch the end theme. Are you going out to SD with Zach towards the end of July?
