Hey I've read your review of New Grappler Baki and just wanted to ask about something since I really want to start the series.
Do you think it's important to read the first one of the 3 manga to get a glimpse of the story or can I just start with the 2nd one going into the 3rd one since there are more scanlations?

Oops, I misread. I thought you said something along the lines of "I haven't read much manga lately because of discovering other life changing stuff [not anime or manga] happening" But yeah, I agree. And to make sure I read that right, by visceral (a word I had to look up, btw) brilliance, you mean how the human bodies are drawn, etc.?
Haha! Hm, nice. Yeah, Kaiji 2 is good! I'll have to check out Hyouge Mono. It takes me a lot to get into an anime and easy to get off track, unless it's very good. Manga is so much easier to pick up. We probably talked about that before, though, and you seem to agree.
Thanks! I'll check it out afterwards. To start things off, as in it would be followed by a new anime? Cool. Hahaha, that's very true!

I see. That sounds amazing! But don't leave me hanging like that, I wanna hear more about those new things! Yeah, that's exactly how I feel, as well. I guess there are only so many great mangas that can be discovered (that are scanlated, at least) within our tastes.
Oh, okay. New movie?! I hadn't even heard about that. Hm, I'll make sure to read the Baki mangas this week (I have school off the whole week)!

I see. Busy with life, or just a bit tired of manga/anime? I didn't read much manga apart from the regular weeklies, like Hajime no Ippo etc. But my reading has gone up the last few weeks. Yeah, me neither. Just to update the list once in a while (but I do get a mail if I get a comment, though).

No problem! Yeah, Golden Age is gold! I haven't read Berserk in a while, I got so fed up with the author taking a hiatus constantly. Did you re-read it, or had you not read that much of Berserk earlier?
Yeah, it was a bit slow at the start, but it picked back up. The farm stuff certainly was different from what had happened earlier. But judging by the latests chapters, it seems as if there is more action to come. I won't say much, but Thorfinn is changing!

Hey! Been a while. About one and a half year, it seems.
I decided to read some Grappler Baki, but it turns out that I can't find any scanlations beyond chapter 11. Did you read the rest, or just watch the anime? I haven't really been in an anime mood lately (lately as in the last two years, apparently). Should I just skip ahead to the next arc, which would be Baki: the Search..?
And if you want to recommend some manga, go ahead! I don't have as much time for reading this year, as I have a lot more to do at school this year, but I still try to read some. I read the first couple of volumes of Shamo again yesterday, and I might re-read
it. It has been ages since I read a complete manga (well, Shamo isn't, but yeah). Finally caught up on Vinland Saga, excited for this arc!
How are things with you?

Just a random question but on your review on Ten no Haoh, did you only watch the anime adaption or did you get a chance to read the manga as well?
