I hope you enjoy Salaryman Kintarou. I promise you that you will think of Eikichi Onizuka while watching Kintarou. Both of these 2 characters are so inspirational and work so hard but have bad pasts. Let me know your thoughts about the show if you finish it or choose to drop it

It took me quite some time to finish Kyou Kara Ore Wa since it had long episodes, but it was totally worth it! The animation was surprisingly good for the time it came out.
Same here, haha. Crows and Worst are my absolute favorites. And I think Clover is heavily inspired by Crows. Maybe the mangaka is a Takahashi Hiroshi fan?
As for other favorites, hmm. I like Shimauma, Rookies, Drop. (You should check that out, the artist is no one other than Hiroshi sensei and the protagonist makes a lot of Crows/Worst references) I haven't read Bremen, but the characters look interesting, so I'll give it a shot these days :D
Recently I got my hands on Arakure Knight raws, and so far I'm enjoying it a lot. There are a lot of awesome series that haven't been translated, unfortunately.

I spotted some classics like GTO, Crows, Kyou Kara (Have you seen its anime adaptation by the way?) and newer series like Clover. What are your favorites? :D
