...then you might like Sora no Manimani add

Both examine the progress of a club being set up with some new members. Comedy is similar and the character exploration is similar, although Sora no Manimani focuses more on the central characters than the whole cast.

If you liked Elfen Lied add

...then you might like Ga-Rei: Zero add

Both have similar themes and styles to them. Ga Rei Zero has less blatant fanservice but both are equally as interesting. Two of the best anti-hero's I've seen for a while.

If you liked Myself ; Yourself add

...then you might like H2O: Footprints in the Sand add

Both are as thin on plot and high on melodrama, so if you liked one, chances are you'll like the other.

If you liked Simoun add

...then you might like Blue Drop: Tenshi-tachi no Gikyoku add

I am hesitant to make this recommendation as Simoun is so drastically different from anything else that I've seen so far. However, as superficial as the similarities are, the whole all-girl cast (barr one) and the war setting make them more similar than anything else out there. Certainly more so that Strawberry Panic ::rolls eyes::

If you liked Shingetsutan Tsukihime add

...then you might like Fate/stay night add

Very similar in tone and look. Involves supernatural themes in a vaguely similar way and the male protagonists are similar in their approaches as well. Definitely worth a look.
