Both are action filled anime by Type-Moon and have very similar character design. I also see quite a few similarities in the characters Ryougi Shiki and Canaan

If you liked Welcome to the NHK! add

...then you might like ChäoS;HEAd add

Both have a leading character leading a hikikomori lifestyle. Chaos head is more thought based while welcome to the NHK has slightly better comedy elements.

If you liked Death Note add

...then you might like ChäoS;HEAd add

Although the characters are very different, both stories are very psychological and keep you wanting more all the way through.

If you liked Hajime no Ippo add

...then you might like History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi add

Similar leading characters that both train hard to become strong. Both get trained by masters at a gym, or in the case of kenichi at his Dojo.

Both have some good comedy moments, but more so kenichi.
