Rating Scale:
10= As flawed as it may be, watch it anyway because you will never experience anything else like it.
9= Left an impression; great, but not "A Masterpiece"
8= Good; might not remember it if asked to recommend great anime.
7= Totally worth watching for one reason or another.
6= Borderline, but watch it anyway if you need to kill some time.
5= "I didn't dislike it."/Could be worse I guess.
Below = Don't bother.

I wouldn't consider most things masterpieces, so a 10 doesn't always mean amazing. It might just be something that left a significant impression, even if you can name a bunch of similar shows.

I also don't really care that much about levels of awful.
