While I do think that it's better, more enjoyable at least, seeing how it doesn't have to deal with the severe pacing issues the Anime suffers under, there are still multiple problems. While the art is good for the most part, it has been lacking detail and freshness ever since the timeskip and the complaints I had towards the characters still hold true. And although the pacing isn't nearly as big of an issue, as said before, the Manga still has slowed down considerably in recent years, taking on more and more unimportant subplots, which just seem like time fillers to me, the current Dressrosa arc is probably the best example for that. I do rate the Manga higher than the Anime, about a 7/10 for me, but it has been in a downward spiral for years now, so I can't guarantee that this will last for much longer. It really needs to pick up, everything post timeskip has been kind of disappointing so far with the narrative suffering for it.
