I'm a very odd person, with a weird sense of humour. I love to dance (tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, modern, contemporary, etc). I also enjoy music (listening to it and playing it myself on the piano) and I am always searching for new sheet music. Being a mainly auditory learner, I really have an ear for background music and voices, and therefore, I really enjoy OSTs and have a list of my favourite seiyuus and VA's that I would love to meet one day.^^
I keep to myself most of the time, but in the right atmosphere I can open up. I don't watch TV much, since most of my programs are only on the internet, except when it comes to the Olympics. If I'm able to, I'll sit and watch it from sun-up til sun-down, cheering for Team Canada (or any country in the Commonwealth really).
I also really enjoy travelling, especially to countries where I can experience extreme culture shock (it's an adrenaline rush for me ^^). I've been through most of my own country, a couple places in the states, England, and Egypt. I plan to visit Peru, Chile, Easter Island, Africa (again), more of Europe, Greece, Russia, the Canadian North, the maritimes and Québec (again), and Antarctica.
Currently I'm studying engineering at the U of A, so hopefully, that will allow me to travel for work/study. I'm in the process of learning French (I eventually want to become fluent in it) but have taken a break to learn some Japanese.
I'm an extreme risk-taker only when it comes to thing such as rides. I'll go on any and every roller coaster (usually by myself, since my friends are too chicken). I've been parasailing over water, in a hot-air balloon over the Egyptian desert and the Nile, zip-lining off a ski-jump, strapped in a giant hamster ball being pushed down a hill, and I really want to bungee jump and skydive!
When it comes to fandoms, I get really into them; I can finish an 8 volume manga in 2 days. ^^ Internet memes, MADs, and AMVs make me smile. :) I seem to have developed a close relationship with my computer recently, :P, and I've met some really great people online who I can get into discussions with. I attended my first anime convention this summer, and it was a really great experience and a great feeling to be surrounded by people who think the same way I do. There was no one judging anyone else; if only the rest of the world was like that.
On another note, I am an environmentalist, very liberal, and don't have a set religion. If anything, I like the idea of surival of the fittest (too bad it doesn't apply to humans), Touka Koukan (Equivalent Exchange), and Mizushiro's theory of 'graduation'.
I've been called a 'fashionista' and love the classy Victorian look, but dance/yoga clothes are popular with me too. I shop online most of the time now (manga mainly). It's a great way to escape the crowds ^_^.
Every once in a while I break into song and/or dance. If only life was a musical...or had theme music. Just about everyday my friends and I create a new inside joke.

Wow you must be really amazing!!! I did gymnastic too but I quit even though I'm pretty flexible!!! And I did soccer for 6yrs! I got really cute shirts shirts and more shirts but I tried to get some Japanese clothes but they were no where to be found. :9 The asian couples were a boy and girl...what does hetero mean? Sorry I'm still 13 and learning. ^^ Yeah we get out earlier. We started school on August 20th but I call it a month for the heck of it! Time pasts by fast. :( I went to a different state for 3 weeks and went shopping everyday and It was fun but no cute asian boys. i have cosplayed before but i dont have fond memories of doing them..lol
i once did a cosplay of vergil from the devil may cry series but the outfit didnt look rite on me..i had the sword and all but the hairstyle and stuff so didnt look rite

well i want this club to be very interactive and social unlike some clubs which are pretty much dead and nobody participates in discussions. i want it to be an active club where everyone can feel comfortable talking about their interests and so forth. it doesn't have to be just rpg games..
i'm pretty sure you've played some games that u were interested in as a kid or u are still actively engaged in one currently..a lot of ppl do..any games u like u can engage and participate in. also if u want u can also add pics of ur fave games onto the front page if u'd like..

Your welcome and I know Spirited Away is the only anime movie that has a special place where my heart is. ^^ I wished they made a sequel with haku and chihiro as older. ^^
