In the last page of volume 12 is written that the manga continues in march. So, that's an even later date. Anyway, as i said, the manga is awesome so it's definitely worth waiting. I've finished reading the 12th volume today, and it's basically the same as The End of Evangelion, there are some differences, but not very decisive ones. So, the ending will probably be a little bit different, but i was hoping for an more alternate version of the movie. But in any case, i am looking forward to the final volume.
And as for the WC, it doesn't look too good for our team, cause we lost with Canada and even with Finland 0:1 yesterday. So 0 points for now. I hope we'll win today against the USA, but that surely won't be easy. I think Canada didn't lost a match so far, right? I envy you :O

October or November? That's a fuckin' long time. Do you know in what intervals will be the chapters coming out? I only hope Sadamoto will choose a different ending. It's not like i didn't like The End of Evangelion, but i think it'd be pointless to just do the same in the manga. An alternate ending would be fine.
Did you watch the match yesterday? Well, the outcome was pretty obvious, our current team was much weaker than Canada's. Even if we had our full lineup, winning against Canada would be damn hard. But it was a nice match, i am actually pretty satisfied with the outcome, it could have ended much worse for us :D

The Evangelion manga has 12 volumes so far, the 13th will be the last, i am not sure how long it'll take to finish it though. But i tell you, the manga is awesome, a lot better than the 95's series. It's basically the same, no big differences in the story, but it's given to the reader in a better, more understandable way. There are some things that weren't in the anime, which makes some things clearer than in the tv series. The characters act more human, for example Rei isn't just a mere doll anymore, Gendo as well shows slightly some more emotions, just like Kaworu. There aren't those forced psychological intrusions anymore, the reader understands the characters naturally, through the story, without all the crap. Not to mention the art, i just love Sadamoto's style. I really recommend it to you. By the way, are you going to watch the Ice hockey WC? Cause we're playing against each other tomorrow :D

hah, yeah. Once I recently finally managed to move past the huge bummer that was ZZ Gundam which stopped my progress through UC for *months* I decided to finish all UC stuff I intended to watch in pretty much one crunch. Which basically means all the stories from OYW to Unicorn though I may watch F91 (despite it being pretty bad from all I heard) too.
I'll write a longer post on forum later about them but all in all I've enjoyed what I've watched minus ZZ
