because most of the 10' are re-watched.Just like Eureka, before I re-watch its only 9,but after I watch the 2nd time,I rate it 10' .
I might lower the score after re-watch if I feel the Anime is boring.

well.. i would recommend u "5 centimeters per second", "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" and "Sword of the Stranger" .. they're all good animation anime to me .. only that they're movie anime..
