Meh, there are so many animes that ended way to soon, that would make a ton of money if were picked back up again, but it never happens. :/ Yeah, the berserk manga is simply epic. Tell me when you want to read it and I'll give you a site to DL it chapter by chapter from so you don't get fucked out of 15 dollars a volume at the bookstore.

Ah, I know what you mean about Noir - I can hardly remember it besides remembering what a good time I had watching it. The first ten or so episodes as I remember are stand alone, and then around episode eleven it starts going on a major arc that goes through the entire rest of the series.
I hated the ending of Noir though.
You know what we need? They need to make the chapters that came before what was published in the Berserk anime into an OVA. I have been reading the manga right now and I have noticed (up to chapter seven) all of the stuff that they have shown wasn't in the anime. It could be a seriously good five or six episode OVA if you ask me, but that isn't happening any time soon. :(
