I create a whole new wall...
Well you use other people's scans and create your own BG and blendings also effects to it...you could also use screenshots , vector them and create a wallaper out of it.

Yah I agree! AP always asks for perfection~ actually my first wallpaper - the Tsubasa Chronicle Kamui X Subaru got rejected around 3 times before they accepted it... Luckily my latest wallpaper - Eternal Serenity got accepted in one try phew! that was lucky!

Oh you just have to earn papers by commenting on wallpapers of other people...if you have enought papers you can download scans which are of good quality...
You can improve your site by creating walls and submitting them... but then I've found some members who doesn't create/ submit anything but they just comment and comment on other people's work so wallpaper/scan submission is optional...
Btw please comment on my wallpapers... I want to know what you think! Thanks!

I'm not new to that site...I've already created an account long ago...but my username doesn't match my signature so it created some confusion so I made a new account where my username matches my name so that there won't be any confusion with the signatures on the wallpapers that I've created... because as far as I know you can't place your name as your signature on a wallpaper even though you've explained it on the site why your username doesn't match the signature...
what's your site in there?
