A few things -
That's StrikerS art and the image is over a year old, and I believe that's just the artists style...If you look at Nanoha, her legs are just as thin. There are like 10 different official artists who do MGLN art, so they vary...But I thought you meant the Nanoha movie artwork made Fate's legs look too thin.
