Hmm well it's not a problem if it's not your cup of tea. It has a lot of sadistic humor and an art style which people wouldn't be fond of, but in my opinion its one of the funniest stories I have ever read. I just hate when people rate something low or high when they haven't even completed half of the manga/anime.
