hey! I have been great. I assume you were thinking about my sickness? I'm already feeling great and in the middle of my vacation, thank you. Its been almost 10 days since i started my vacation and its been going great, (compared to my rest of the year) with lotsa lotsa swimming. Its mostly been chilly and relaxing. Currently im trying to seclude myself from my original life, not answering phones and such haha. How about you? what have you been doin?

I personally used to think like that, always improving myself no matter what , trying to get better in life. That has been changed last few years though, I focused on understanding myself first, then improving with it. There was some facts I denied about myself, but its better to accept in and move on. I hate losing though, so I will fight until the end too.
oh, its not my dad, its my mom... I always have this conversation with my mom that, 'I dont want to die while at work' and such, and she says, teacher is a noble thing and she forgets her tiredness(not her body though hahaha) She teaches 'hand arts' at highschool. Like knitting or creative handworks from home wastes. I.... definetly enjoy it to some extent, I like the way call me 'teacher' and I love giving them suggestions, help them. But its tiring for me, and Im not good at teaching, I tried to teach to my brother,cousins,kids lotsa times and failed, I can only teach to people whose older than 20ish i guess :D Have you tried any other paths?

I definetly deserve this and wished that I could do this before. Its currently 32 degrees here but summer house is at pretty windy place so its perfect! Pool is also at a shadowy spot.
To be honest, so far, 2017 has been my worst year of my life, lotsa things happened, but im still living and not everything has been lost. there are always things to enjoy when youre alive right? :D Those troubles... are they currently affecting you?

umm.. sorry XD I just didnt start and new anime/manga, just been enjoying summer and watching shows/playing games on my free time, I also close my eyes and just listen to music for few hours, I definetly missed theese. I did not forget them though, I will definetly start the old berserk. Hmm it seems like that sounds similiar to Death Parade and you interested me now.
I just love people who tries hard, no matter what the odds are, even if their loss is certain. Just like Shirou, Light reminds me of him so I might be fanboying haha.


Of course i got them all, didnt listen to them ALL yet though, I am listening to bit by bit, itll be a waste if I finished them all fast dont you think so ? teacher huh... I hope youll love it forever. Being teacher is really hard but noble. I know coz im a son of a teacher, and seeing my mom, I never thought of becoming teacher again haha. She used to come home with really tired face, cared of her students so she usually didnt find time for herself. I am actually doing a bit teacher'ish thing currently, giving lab lessons(helping my prof) to university students haha.
Next week or when its July, i will. I am quite selfish when it comes to my hobbies so even if I have to, I will cut off myself from outside world again to enjoy summer haha. Yes we often have hot weather here, I do not enjoy living in city while its hot, i sweat easily so its soo annoying. I like cold and cold seasons because of that, I am also more creative when its cold haha. I will also do your recipe for summer, semes pretty good, relaxing is best thing to enjoy summer. Had a rough year?

I have watched Serial Experiments Lain and read Monster a bit, its just I didnt put my anime/manga list yet sorry sorry. Those were the things I have found all those hard research. I will definetly finish Monster this summer and ill tell my thoughts about it. Berserk series... can you give me briefly why youre suggesting Berserk? I know the name but the plot didnt interest me, maybe I was too prejudging?
Of course. I do not understand what is good or bad, so my choices are weird. All I care about is the courage, never give up!(even if tis stupid idea) sacrifice important things for greater good, dont get affected by negative things around you and move on. I agree some of the things doesnt match light but hear me out. He was alone(kinda), he never had proper education,experience like L, he actually wished for something good(impossible tho), he tried his best to archieve it. Even he became evil, he still pursued it. honestly, i adore characters like that, never give up! That is why I have characters like Roronoa Zoro and Emiya Shirou as my favorites, they are similiar to Light, its just they didnt become insane and doing something good.
I actually didnt like Scar at all, but I love redemption stories, its just I couldnt warm up to Scar(sorry :D)

sometimes isolating oneself makes you understand what is important to you and what is not, also understanding the deegree how important you are. its always refreshing to return from isolation so it was great :D

I currently do have not. I still have my lab project work waiting so i cant take full break at summer house but im still going there and back time to time and enjoy sea. I will probably take a month break soon and forget about all those work things hopefully. do you have any plans?

I never seen so unique comedy as Californication, it makes me laugh so hard every episode with its humour. Its very perverted anime with sex in every episode, the main protagonist and the base story makes it interesting and sooo enjoyable. It was perfect relaxing enjoyable show for me after all those exam period, definetly suggesting.
I havent seen it or heard about it, honestly I'm not pro with shows because I have just started to watch them(after getting bored of animes) That sounds like '13 reasons why' is similiar to Shiki in a way? if so, I will definetly watch it this summer! of if you feel any TV show is similiar to it, i will gladly take it.

Horror anime was a genre I thought as a junk, story is more important for anime, i thought. But as I mentioned before, after watching lots of anime, i didnt feel emotion watching anime anymore, so horror is quite good medicine for that, and if horror anime has great story, yay! :D I like the jumpscares, mysteries, holy shit situations, theyr more unique than classic cliche school/drama/comedy/slice of life animes out there. Horor animes also tend to have psychological elements so thats one of the reasons I love it. whats your opinion on this? what is your favorite genre and why? (please dont say 'I hate horror')

of course. if its something I like, I search for hours for its soundtrack I believe I have at least 50gb of game/anime/show music on my so I knoww haha. Thats also my favorite soundtrack from Shiki as well.
ooooh sax! My favorite music is soft and jazz music. Almost everyday i always listen to jazz at least 1 hour each day. In bars,cafes, travelling, background music when studying and such. If you liked that jazz, what do you think of this?

Finished it few days ago! Awesome show. Its sad that my favorite character (Hank) died but I'll manage haha. the story and the ending gets 9.5/10 from me.
Skyler just doesnt fit Walter. Shes your usual housewife, complains, selfish choices and such. Walter is adventrous type, where Skyler was not, their chemistry wasnt meant for each other. Just started 'Californication' now, and its one of the funniest shows ive ever watched :D

this is my problem... I personally do not understand what kind of characters/plot/sense of structure anymore... because I can predict whats gonna happen or main/side characters's character does not interest me. Recently I feel like theres not much anime with 'interesting character development'... even Avatar has a meaninful one where lots of anime lack.
haha, we really have same taste with anime, it actually didnt start with that genre... like I really really loved romance/slice of life/comedy.... then drama.. if you check my list, at least 250 of those include theese... but after some time, I really got bored of it, then hated slice of life animes as mentioned in my 'about me' I was really open to any kind of genre now but didnt know what to watch(I became picky as well because of the reasons I mentioned before :D) I really like characters with a strong personality, never giving up, never changing, believeing and fighting for their cause until the end, even tho its stupid, like Emiya Shirou(it seems you have watched Fate/zero but not Unlimited Blade Works yet?
Then I discovered this MAL forums, searching for anime with MAL score or befriending people and asking for some anime. Then I got really addicted to it because I like talking with people even tho its not related with the anime. As long as I have friends to talk with like you, Ill never get bored of it.
Shiki made me cry, and affected me for few weeks... it also has awesome soundtrack... have you listened to this?

Shiki might be the only anime where I felt really natural, respecting both sides and understanding the cruel reality of the enviroment. The anime has also have my favorite quote as I displayed in my 'about me' section :p

I had 91 days on my PTW list for a long while now, didnt had a chance to watch it yet... and yes, i got also recommended 'Monster'... currently reading the manga with the slow pace, but I like watching anime if I can, is anime version better? did you like the anime? (compared to manga?)

Im quite deep already. Im at where they work under Gus Fringe, since im Chemical Engineer graduate, I have been always interested in the show, but it turned out to be something really diffrent after the first season. Hank is probably my favorite character, and Skyler... annoys me so much. What bout you?

of course, its not like your usual cartoons and such. Its definetly for young audience anime but I personally recommend it, it is also filled with meaningful messages meant for older audiences, when you have time, you should check it out, and let me know what you think of it.
hmm I feel like mecha animes are just waste of time and doesnt interest me, but , as a weird fact, one of my favorite animes 'Macross F', is mecha anime, which I recommend to every people :D I started the anime thinking it was not mecha, but still kept watching it. I do enjoy watching shoujo ai, yuri and such, but I never enjoyed watching yaoi. do you have any genre preferences? I'm in the same situation. busy life and such made me watch anime less and less... I feel like im only finishing one 13-24 episode anime once a month lol. I might still enjoy it, but since I have watched so much, starting new animes feel like a big risk and they mostly feel repetitive. If you think theres any anime out there similiar to Shiki though, Ill gladly take it, since you scored it 10, im sure ill like your suggestions either way! Although lately im busy with watching TV shows such as Breaking Bad.

my friend recommended me some anime after I liked Avatar cartoon(the last airbender), then I loved that anime(True Tears) and searched for the animes with the same genre, after watching 20-30 romance/harem/drama/comedy, jumped to Bleach-One Piece-Naturo, then started every kind of anime with high score expect yaoi,mecha animes. Its almost 350 animes now :o
