No, not really, it depends, all star signs have a bad and good point to them. And you have to remember you won't totally act 100% like the description's in them.
I know Leo's are natural born leaders, it'd just rather sit back and receive the orders. (Too much responsibility for my liking.)
Normally, it's Libra's who can't decide on stuff, Gemini's are considered "two face" since they're sign is the Twins.
