I just spent several hours talking about DBZ with my sister, who I have recently got into liking DRZ after only liking Vegeta for ages. :)

If I like the anime I'll probably know it. But if I don't I tend to forget things. ^^

Lol. It's really weird when you can't find out if it is or not. It happens to me a lot because...I don't know. A curse maybe. <<

Cool. Oh, I meant the Princess Tutu anime by the way...the manga is so-so and doesn't really have the same feel.

Junichi Satou (who is male) created Pretear, yes, but he was the director, not the creator or writer, of only the first series of Sailor Moon and the first segment of Sailor Moon R (the later series directed by Kunihiko Ikuhara, then Takya Igarashi). The story was conceived by manga artist Naoko Takeuchi (who is female) and the writing for the anime was handled by a rotating staff of screenwriters. A lot of really talented people were involved and looking them up to see what else they've done will lead you to more great material, believe me! (well okay, Naoko hasn't done much else after the Sailor Moon manga though)

And yes, Junichi Satou is a genius...you should check out Princess Tutu if you like these two shows, he directed it and it is by Ikuko Itoh (one of the main designers and animators on Sailor Moon, she did a lot of the beautiful DVD cover art and promotional art, especially for Sailor Moon S), her pet project she'd been working up to for several years.
