I've been into Anime for a long time but recently got addicted to it during the Winter 2006 season. I had seen the classics Cowboy Bebop, Salior Moon, etc. But this was something else. It started back up again by watching Melancholy of Haruhi Suzymiya and Death Note. Since I've started my obsession I have collected many series I'd say over 70% of the ones in my completed list I own. Also I've been to many conventions including Anime Boston 07/08/09/10 as well as, Otakon 07/08/09 and Anime Providence. I'm a fan of yuri, sci-fi, action, magical girls, ero game adaptations, moe slice of life, as well as many other genres. If its good I'll probably give it a shot.
I post on AnimeOnDVD and Animesuki with this name as well so look for me.

I finished some really great series in the past few days. Kids on the Slope and Kimi Ni Todoke s2. Great shows.

Wow, you really called it on us having similar tastes just from seeing what I'd downloaded. I also like Candy Boy so much I bought the figures, they were actually the first I ever bought :P Thanks for the suggestions, I look forward to trying them out when I finish up some of the other series that are currently filling up my HD.
Assuming you haven't tried it out already, you should check out Mayoi Neko Overrun when you get a chance. It's probably the most fanservice filled show of the season (well, behind KissxSis of course) but the characters are fun and in my opinion the comedy is quite well done.

I definitely agree, I wish the ending had been a bit longer. I wanted to know more about why she did what she did, and what the results were. But I'm glad it ended the way it did in that last minute or so.
But I gave it a 10, watched it 3 times in the last week, and even dethroned Shana for Taiga. So you might have been able to tell that I was happy with it, heh.
As for the subs, you might look for the DSX 720p batch. It's multi-group, but it was packaged really well and the HQ was nice.
