I've been into Anime for a long time but recently got addicted to it during the Winter 2006 season. I had seen the classics Cowboy Bebop, Salior Moon, etc. But this was something else. It started back up again by watching Melancholy of Haruhi Suzymiya and Death Note. I went on to collect all the Death Note manga and actually prefer it to the Anime due to the climatic changes that were made in the tv version. Since I've started my obsession I have collected many series I'd say over 70% of the ones in my completed list I own. Also I've been to three conventions Anime Boston 07, and 08, as well as, Otakon 07. I'm a fan of yuri, sci-fi, action, magical girls, ero game adaptations, as well as many other genres. If its good I'll probably give it a shot.

I'm pretty much watching an episode of almost everything but my favorite so far is: Birdy the Mighty http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=3974 I'm also enjoying Sekirei, World Destruction, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, and the third Zero no Tsukaima season. So many things that have really done a lot for the series just didn't really transfer well to the movie (romance and relationship issues, for example). Of course things you normally look for in movie productions are there... the animation quality is good and the musical score is pretty good. The movie I'd only give a high 6 or low 7. The anime has been pretty decent. I'd give it a high 7 ~ mid 8 rating as of right now. At a point, it was a low 9 in my book but it's not looking like it's going to end all that well. Aria is very peaceful and beautiful world even I've seen so far. Also, Aria is filled of mysterious events. It have interesting storyline and plot. I really enjoyed it so far. Westlo | 04-16-08, 10:43 PM Yeah I'm more hyped for Macross over Geass easily atm, I'm been a fan of Macross/Robotech for most of my life so Geass can't even come close in that aspect. I had a robotech vhs given to me for my 5th or 6h birthday and I actually still have that somewhere in my house.. also Frontier has started out much stronger than Geass, first 2 eps are both 9/10 while geass would be 7.5/10 and 8.5/10. At least with downloading the raws for frontier you can just get the .ass file when gattai release their version so it saves having too download 2 video files. Reply - Anime - Manga
