I am an anime viewer and fan artist. I am a fan of all sorts of genres from Comedies to the Supernatural. I'm not an expert in scoring and reviewing anime, but I hope that my opinions matter to someone.
How I score anime/manga:
10--A flawlessly executed, unique, and exciting work that is worth watching/reading over and over again. An Anime Milestone.
9--There was an aspect or two about these works that place them just below the bar, but they still contain an intriguing plot and unique message.
8--These works sit in the middle of the "awesome" side of the scoring scale. They're still good, but there were certain elements that got "muddy" and weakened my initial praise of the work in question.
7--These works are worth checking out. Your mileage may vary with elements such as the complexity of the plot, character development, and art style.
6--Not an amazing work, but I'm still glad I found it. Has a nice art style and a few cool characters, but there could have been more done to give these works a better score.
5--Meh. Average.
4--Works placed here had an interesting premise, but were poorly executed and left me bored and/or confused. Not worth re-watching.
3--These works have a few elements and/or characters that stand out as good, but they aren't strong enough to save them from the mediocrity surrounding them to give the work as a whole a stronger score.
2--There's nothing to salvage in these works. There isn't even anything much to say. They're just flat and boring from start to finish.
1--The absolute bottom of the barrel. For works that have not only disgusted or upset me on a personal level, but also have outright offensive material.
