Well mostly of all it looks very generic, predictable and quite cliche ._. Seems it will be just a silly comedy alongside with a wannabe romance, it had a rarely fanservice and to finish my complaints: Jun Fukuyama as a cat? What the hell!? Of course, This is all my humble opinion.
Although I'll admit that it had a very good placed joke in one of the scenes, but really; I have no reason to watch this x_x.
This fall I'll be picking for sure Kobato, Kimi No Todoke, Winter Sonata and heck, White Album. I'm giving another chance The Sacred Blacksmith for the second episode since its producers are the frickin' Manglobe.
Well, in my eyes Fade To Black was more-than-the-same, I really liked Memories of Nobody but the Toushirou and this one was just... the same.

One more Eve/Yami type character spotted.
I started reading Tegami Bachi (Letter Bee) and there is once again girl who is pretty much like Yami and Eve. Se has ability to change her hair to weapons and she has bit of same personality.

The story is about Lag Seeing (I kinda lolled when I heard the name first time) who wants to become Letter Bee whose job is to deliver letters to people. Niche becomes her "dingo" and helps Lag on his journey.
If you like bit of slice of life, shounen and adventure you might want to check this series out (even though I'm personally reading it on chapter 6 so I can't say much yet...).

You can download Black Cat (and many more series)
easily from Mangatraders. The site requires registeration but it is completly free. I personally get most of my manga from there.

It is done by the same artist as To-LOVE-Ru and Yami is just rip-off of Eve from Black Cat. Pretty much the same personality, same ability to change their hair to basicly anything (Eve can change partly her body too) etc.

I can recommend Black Cat as it is good shounen manga but anime sucks. Anime and manga don't really have share much between each other.
Characters designs are little different and the story is whole different for each of them.
Anime starts with little changing of the original story but at one point it goes completly on its own way and it really sucked after that.
Mangas last battle was made in hyper speed mode in one episode on anime and then they started whole different filler feeling story.

If you look at the character infos you can notice that on some characters they are in two parts:
"In the manga" and "In the anime" (so basicly they don't have same role on anime and manga which proves my suggestions of them being quite different)
