The music, the animation style and the same kind of atmosphere. If your into Ghost Hound then you could be a fan of Lain as well! Lain is a lot older than Ghost hound but don't excuse that from being a great anime.

...then you might like Hataraki Man add

If your into the "real life" style manga, then both of these are for you! While Happy Mania really works towards love, sex, work and happiness - Hataraki Man concentrates a lot more on the work aspect compared to the 'sex' aspect in Happy Mania.

The art style is fantastic in both and the story telling is similar due to both having the same manga-ka.
