I will try to review anything that I can. I do not do real shows though. It must have Cartoon, Anime, 3D applications, or is a comic or manga. There are very few that I may talk about that are outside this but they are my own favorites and will not do it because someone else wants me to.
Now for what I have mentioned before, I will take any suggestions that one would have for me. Some may take me a while if I can't find them online or actually on DVD but will try to get to them. I prefer English dubbed rather then subbed but I don't hold it against the anime if its only subbed. Many shows never get licensed in America even if they should.
Ok but just to warn you its a riff on the anime community of people liking it or hate it. I ended up hate it for how wasted the pontential is and how it only please the poorest of otaku's.
Yes at least they got that part right as when ever I see most anime base on games, they always loose that feel. You know sometime I wish when they make an anime about a game, I wish they add more to it so it could make it stand out a bit.
You know many people who play the game said the anime is too short. I wouldn't blame them as in the game, the most important part is getting to know the characters and how they develop.
Just to point out in your Persona 4 review, the Fool tarot card isn't being called the Wild Card. If it is, the translation is wrong. The MC of Persona 3 and 4 and all MCs in Persona 1 and 2 have an ability called "Wild Card," where they're allowed to summon whatever Persona at will (and of course, to make it fair, they're only allowed to carry a certain amount of Personas with them at a time).
My problem with the P4 anime is that it isn't friendly to people who don't know the games, while I thought Trinity Soul (in case you don't know, there's another Persona anime, and it sucked for most fans) wasn't friendly enough to the people who've played the games, being that everything from the games was kinda made irrelevant.
What more, there is only an English OP for Persona 4, because the common thing for the series since P3 was to use Engrish J-Pop in the opening cinematic (OPs for P3, P4, P4 The Golden, Persona Arena, and majority of P3FES were in Engrish). P3 Portable, so far, was the only modern Persona game to use a Japanese OP (Persona and P2/P2-2 didn't have Engrish, but Persona and Persona 2's PSP OPs are in Engrish, but Persona's PSP remake has mostly Japanese in it too).
I'd suggest you play the games if you like RPGs... The anime doesn't do the game justice at all. I'd also wait to get Persona 4 Golden if you don't have a PS Vita yet, because P4 on PS2 has a huge difficulty curve to it that makes dungeons pretty damn hard.
P3 FES for PS2, an expanded version of Persona 3 for PS2, is my favorite Persona game, though, so I'd recommend that before P4 personally.
However, if you really care enough, I'd start with Persona on PSP, then Persona 2 on PSP (because the originals are reallyyyyyy hard... I had to stop Persona on PSOne and ended up beating the PSP version, and I've only beaten Persona 2 on PSOne actually... I own the PSP version though... just haven't played it). I absolutely, 100% don't suggest playing Persona 3 Portable if you haven't played Persona 3 FES... Too much is changed in P3P that makes it... not nearly as good as P3FES.
I really don't even know if you care this much about the series... but you seemed remotely interested from what I read in your review...
If all else fails, Persona 3 is getting a movie adaption, and the first two Personas have such an old gameplay style that it might be too hard to play (for a lot of people, this is the case), so you can just read about them haha...
I've played all Personas (except Persona 2-2, but I know it for the most part), so ask me if you're curious at all haha...
