Aoi Hana is as good as I hoped it would be. A great adaption of the manga. When I saw the first pictures released I thought the art was a bit off but this hasn't been the case when it comes to actually seeing the characters in motion.
Kanamemo is a lot of fun but it seems opinion is quite divided on it.
Just thought I'd drop you a comment.

(i love her cute new outfit too) OMG january is waayy to far away!!

im so sorry i didnt reply back sooner.. i had 3 major exams this week and next week is finals.. *sigh* so im stuck in exam hell >_<
to answer ur question, i definatly dont think ur expecting too much as far as aoi hana! i got the same impression. from the opening song and the way the show is going i dont think its unrealistic to hope that fumi/ah chan might end up together! i havent read the manga so maybe im just optomistic, but they simply CANNOT say that the two of them naked together like that is merely a friendship!
anyways the new episodes are awesome too! i love how they portrayed the student-teacher thing.. i thought it was really well done... and fumi was just sooo shy and CUTE on her date with that girl!
oh btw im reading sasameki koto as well.. but i kinda got bored of it cause nothing seems to be happening.. i mean ushio is just so totally unaware and dense and she is just in no way coming around that im thinking abt dropping it...

i just watched aoi hana episode 2! :) and WOW i loved it even more than the first one!!! i love how theyre developing things so quickly.. even though its slice of life it isnt at all boring! im kinda sad we only get to experience this for 9 more episodes... and man! i had no idea things with her cousin had gone so far! i thought she just had a crush on her.. now i really feel bad for her.. her cousin took advantage of her :(

i know right! i was really shocked that it was that good right from the first episode (i amost never like the first episode of anything lol) i loved the pacing cause its like they explained alot right from the begining (like her having a crush on her cousin) but it doesnt feel like theyre rushing it either. that made it really interesting! i didnt read the manga.. so i didnt know what the story was like.. and i was afraid they were gonna punk out like they always do with yuri... and have it be just a close 'friendship' or have it be one sided.. but i was happy too that it looks like its actually gonna be TRULY YURI! :)
