I'm getting tired of the same shouen-ai stories that follow the same premise; a weak, clueless uke who rebukes the persistent, reckless seme's obvious feelings. That is all. So you don't even know how happy I am to say THAT IS EVERYTHING Sono Koi Ni Wake Ga Aru IS NOT.

Here, I loved the art. Everyone looks attractive and great. Just how I like it.
Oh, the characters. I love them all. The way they developed Aoi was spot on. No tsunderes, thank you author. The way he comes to accept his own feelings was perfect. Azuma was great too, this is the first time I've read a BL where the seme knows how to hide his feelings so well and for the right reason. Tominaga is such a good friend to Aoi, it's really admirable. It makes me wish I could read his story with the student council president.
I came across Sono Koi Ni Wa Ga Aru by someone posting a photo of one of the manga's cutest scenes but without the name of it. The scene was too cute so I had to ask around. Completely worth it. I'm sure it'll have you smiling like an idiot at the cute and funny parts. Although it's short and nothing that serious, it's definitaly one of my favorites.

I wanted to read something like Seven Days. I came apon Hana Nomi by the same author. (I must add, it was really dificult to find online.) I'm glad I found it though, everything I thought was missing from Seven Days was fullfiled in this manga.
The characters were developed really well as the story progresses they change and grow just like how good well-developed characters should change and grow. You just want Misaki and Arakuwa to love eachother and be together forever because of this. I really liked how Misaki's darkish past was potrayed, it definitally did a good job of suprising me. if we'll learn about Arakuwa's past but maybe we won't need to, he's may just be one of those almost perfect characters. Even a character I really wanted to hate, by the end I just couldn't.
The story starts of with the cliched bumping into your love intrest and then comming across whoever once again later but I really didn't mind because of the way the story flowed later on. That may be pretty vague but I don't want to give anything away.
The art, loved it. You could actually recognize a character's feelings just by looking at the pictures. That was something I thought lacked from Seven Days.
Although this story is very capable of making you laugh, I thought it was more of a stern love story. It satisfied my wanting to read a cute Shouen-ai story and I can't really think of anything awful about it right now. So far I enjoyed this manga and am curently anxiously awaiting for the next chapter.

*I'm not a big fan of manga so I know I've watched a good anime after I plan to read it's manga where the anime left off just to get more of the story.
I watched Jonjou Romantica a bit differently. According to the couples, I watched the Romantica episodes first, then the Terrorist, following by the Egoist episodes. For me, it made the stories easier to follow and that much more enjoyable. I loved being able to recognize a conection between the 3 couples such as Miaski purchasing flowers from the Egoist couple's Nowaki. The first time I started watching Jonjou Romantica(season 1) I

loved the Romantica couple but when they started pulling these other couples out of know where I became disinterested and the idea of skiping around didn't occor to me. I eventually gave the series another try and I'm very glad I did.
I was pretty skeptical for this being my first time watching a Yaoi but I think I enjoyed it as much as I would or maybe more any other anime. I easily really got attatched to each couple which is probally why I liked it so much. Regardless of how unsightly a plot can be if there are good characters it cancels it out. Although it wasn't nessisarily the case here. There was a probally in mostly every episode which usually tugged at my heart and be kindly resolved at the end which I'm greatful for, if I care about the character I need a happy ending.
If you aren't ecspecially tollerent with this show like I was, you'll probally dislike how each couple basicly has the similar sort of same problems/plot but for me, I was okay with it. What I wasn't okay with is how annoying some of the tsundere were, always denying how they felt and pushing the one they love away with their always angry faces, geez. In the case, the character development must've been was REALLY good so it made up for it. Even the tsundere were still characters I loved characters.
The art; Eh, my only complaint about it is that most of the characters looked too much alike which might turn someone off from this anime because of getting confused. But each character was drawn very good looking, I must say. I liked the way they potrayed the comedy scenes as well.
I even took me a long time to get through one episode because of how many scenes I kept replaying. Jonjou Romantica was a really good time for me, as was season 2.

Kimi to Boku is the kind of anime you want to watch after having a bad day. After watching any and every episode it'll leave you with a happy, warm feeling. It really suprised me. At first I passed this and thought to myself, an anime about all highschool boys? Sounds borring, how can they even pull that off? I was very wrong.
