This program is something that can simply be described by "WTF LOL" it has almost no character development, the plot is a flatline and its managed to make me laugh outloud so many times its ridiculous.
A quick summary would be that Chitose and her teacher both compete for the affections of this one guy, the rest of the show is centered around Chitose, her classmates and her teachers escapades at school.

If your looking for a little 3 min treat that will make you laugh but doesn't take itself in the least bit seriously then this is for you.

Just a few lines on this if you can't be arsed to read the long reviews. If you like the Tenchi franchise I recommend watching this, if you don't like the Tenchi franchise I recommend watching this, it has no real connection to the Tenchi universe besides a few quotes and things throughout the series. The Art is simply awesome, its leaps ahead of the other Tenchi series' probably because of when it was made since the most recent one was GXP in 2002 I think. Anyway its basically a slightly monkey like guy with almost superhuman abilities fighting bad guys and living an odd school life, and all the time gaining more and more attention from almost all females. I recommend watching this to any male anime fan. P.S this is my first review and it probably sucks but a helpful or not helpful would be helpful (see what I did there?), thanks. read more
