VickyV's Profile

I am a 21 year old female student on a Creative Writing studies course. I find anime/manga a good source of inspiration, mostly due to the wide variety of different storylines and genres it contains as a whole. As a result, I also write a lot of fanfiction. My homepage link has them all.

My favourite genres are shounen because I often love the adventures and the characters within them; One Piece and Dragonball being two absolute favourites of mine. I also enjoy shoujo-ai/yuri series because I often find the stories very heartwarming and adore how the characters are often very devoted to each other. I also enjoy shounen-ai/yaoi animes which do the same thing.

Outside anime/manga I also enjoy reading, particularly fantasy, drawing and animation, mostly traditional 2D. I'm currently also splurging on all the shows I used to watch as a kid, (I was a late 80s child), with the help of the internet. The old British cartoons such as Spider and The Animals of Farthing Wood remain very dear to me.
