I mean when I had heard how bad School Days was, I expected something along the lines of the development staff having complete miscues in production and the end result being something entirely different from what was promised. When I actually watched though, it became apparent that the ending was what they had intended from that start.

It's supposed to be a tragedy, and that's why I ended up liking it, because of its execution.

It's a glitch. When MAL lags open multiple favorite tabs and keep adding as many anime as you want. The lag hasn't happened for a long time though so you can't do it anymore.
