I've been a big anime fan for about six years or so now. Much of the anime I've watched, however, is from the 90s.
I have always been a fan of animation in general. In the 80s, I grew up on western cartoons like He-Man, She-Ra, Transformers, and G.I. Joe.
Through out the 90s, I was a hardcore comic book fan, for the most part. I'm also a big fan of Star Trek. Right now in my life, though, anime is my principal entertainment passion.
The profile pic in the upper-left hand corner is thanks to superb photoshop expert Kogetsu Shirogane, of Anime Suki. I think it is a fitting promotional image for my "The El Hazard of Haruhi Suzumiya" fanfic. If interested in that fanfic, just let me know. :)

Hi Triple_R! I didn't realize you had a MAL account as well.
I used to be known as coldlight here too, but I originally changed my username so I can capitalize the c after a month's delay. Then I got attached to my current username, and so, I will be keeping this name for a while.
You saw my profile just in time, though my favorites have been in place for quite a while, I created those about me pictures just yesterday (it was rather empty before that).
I see we have a High compatibility rating of 77.5%, though it could be higher if I wasn't so overly generous with giving scores. ^^;
