Also check episodes 30-31 from Ashita no Nadja (taking place on the Mikonos island) and the character Greece from Hetalia Axis Powers, in case you didn't see my earlier reply. :)

Hi, I saw your blog post asking about Greece's influence in anime. There is an anime called Zettai Yareru Grecia Shinwa. It is an ecchi version of Greek mythology. I don't know if this what you are looking for, but here is the link to what I found on AnimeNewsNetwork.
