I watch Anime for personal enjoyment only, I will drop a show with the quickness if I determine it's lacking in the ability to entertain me.
As long as I know what I think, I always rate completed shows, if I don't it means that I've watched it a loooong time ago and don't quite remember it's quality.
I write my reviews and recaps in the comments section of listings in my anime list.
DBZ is one from my childhood, but it's importance has carried on into my semi-adult life.
Bleach is something I discovered around when I first started to acknowledge anime as a separate type of cartoon, it is also up on a pedestal close by DBZ.
