Your manga compatibility with Thousand-Eyes is:

The internet is filled with jackasses, weirdos, pseudo-philosophers, recluses, anti-establishment advocates and alien hybrids like me. What else did you expect?
Forum History (as Thousand Eyes):

Current Anime Obsession:
Kaiba
Personal Thoughts: The show's unorthodox surrealism, stylish old-school art and thought-provoking story is like Osamu Tezuka collaborating with Hayao Miyazaki. This and a hypnotizing opening theme song carves one conceptually enthralling experience. It is highly recommended with prejudice left out on the doorsteps.
A New Favourite:
Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai
Personal Thoughts: This show came about as a result of my whimsical search for another anime series. Its blend of comedy and adventure delivers on the absolute edge of insanity and hilarity reminiscent of FLCL and Excel Saga with plenty of conceptualization to spare. You can't go wrong with this one.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My Anime Rating Scale:
10 - This means 'perfection' and to me, there is no perfect anime. Therefore, it's unlikely that you'll ever see me assign this score. Consider it eliminated.
9 - This means excellence. I don't give just anything a 9 and only a handful of titles have gotten this distinction. There is highly redeeming value and empowering content for the series to receive this mark. Also taken into consideration is the top-notch source of entertainment, story, poignancy, relevance, imagination, creativity, diversity, feel, sound and animation.
8 - This means awesome. It's the second highest on my scale and many of the series that have reached this status have also become personal favourites and contain high source of ESPRICDFSA.
7 - This means good. This is a standard in a lot of my viewings. While the title may capture each or some of ESPRICDFSA, it may not deliver in all categories, but just enough to at least enjoy.
6 - This means OK. The anime wasn't anything special and didn't leave enough of a good taste for analysis. The mark itself may be limited to how good the characters are if all else fails.
5 - This means average. This is the lowest on my rating scale, before an anime spirals into oblivion and non-existence. Any anime that gets handed this score is watchable, yet forgettable.
4 - This means bad. Everything in ESPRICDFSA fails. The anime that receives this mark is laughably atrocious and not to be taken seriously at ALL.
3 - This means worse. The horror of the anime's piss-poor overall performance will make a grown man cry for the 5-10 minutes of life wasted. That will also include me.
2 - This means horse shit. An anime that falls under here will be collecting dust in someone's abandoned garage somewhere out in Mexico. I of course, will be sipping on mango juice to erase the tiny fragments of bad memories lingering in my head.
1 - This means quick sand. There is no way an anime that gets this mark will ever be saved. Not even by the democrats.
0 - This means non-existence. If any anime can stoop this low, it doesn't exist to me.

I totally dropped Nabari. Less talking, more fighting PLEASE. I mean, really.
Hmm... I might consider actually watching some hentai, I guess. But then everyone will think I’m a pervert, won’t they?! XD
I see you’ve watched Clannad. How did you like it? I’m only halfway through, but I’m extremely impressed already. I haven’t seen such genuis storytelling since H&C. The way all the characters’ stories are interwoven is great and the music beautiful. It’s also nice to see a male lead who isn’t perverted, an idiot, or clumsy. Most of the girls aren’t stereotypical either; I would say just Ryou and Kyou fit the moe and tsundere stereotypes. Which girl did you like the best? I <3 Nagisa ^_^
Ugh Rumiko Takahashi... you’re lucky you never read Mermaid Forest... It was so, so, so bad. I don’t know how this women is considered so highly. I think Inuyasha was good for like... the first 50 episodes. Then it just recycles its own storyline...
I WILL watch Monster... someday! XD If you like seinen that much, you should check out this manga called Bitter Virgin. It’s popular for a reason -- really heartbreaking story.
Also I noticed you’re a horror fan <3 You definitely have to check out these manga:
Parasyte (very gorey with a great plot)
Goth (more psychological than gorey)
Apocalypse Zero (crazy gorey)
And the anime Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge.
Do you have any horror anime/manga you’d recommend me?

Sorry I took forever to respond... really busy lately x_o
I haven’t gotten to that episode (yet!) but I think the series is interesting enough so far that I won’t drop it.
Gah! Are you recommending me animated porn?! XD I don’t quite get the appeal. I do want to check out Mahou Shoujo Ai though, because the characters look so unique. Have you seen it before?
Hmm, I’m not sure if Monster will captivate me all that much (I’m not that keen on seinen stuff). But I will definitely give a few eps a try when I have time [who knows when that will be... I’ve only watched three episodes of anime within the past three weeks. Sad huh! :(]
I just noticed Urusei Yatsura is on your fave list. You actually watched the whole thing?? I hate Rumiko Takahashi. She drags every story so much that there's nothing left of it but bits and pieces in the end. I hear Inuyasha just ended recently...it's been around forever! X_o

Now that I’ve seen a couple more episodes, Miharu does seem much less “emo”. He’s being so nice now... him grabbing Raimei’s hand and telling her he trusts her kyaaaa <3 Aw man, now I’m going to be one of those annoying shipping fangirls >_o Some of the characters really do seem flat, though. I can’t even remember the glasses-wearing guy’s name. He’s always just standing there, blending into the background.
“Creative stories”... suuuure ;D I watched a few minutes of Nightshift Nurses before and I’m pretty sure it scarred my soul. Hentai is scary.
Monster’s been on my plan to watch list for a long time, actually. I’m just not a fan of the length. It would have to be when I was absolutely not watching anything else and had tons of free time to get through 70-something episodes... yikes.
By the way, I'm so impressed that you've (apparently) never dropped a series! That takes serious willpower.

Ah I see, you’re one of those people who scores on the whole. I just score on how much I enjoyed it and save the deep scoring for reviews :P
Nabari is alright. Nothing special. It seems like an “emo” version of Naruto, to be honest. The art seems too... girly?... for a shounen show, in my opinion. My favorite character so far is probably Raimei. She’s so funny ^_^ How about you?
I used to score things while watching them too, but I ended up changing it so many times that it got annoying. Now I just wait ‘til I finish ^^;
I see you’re not ashamed to record hentai on your list... haha! *thumbs up*

Yep, that's high! ^_^ Of course H&C is awesome! You only gave it an 8? :( I'm surprised to see you only gave Haruhi a 7 too *I haven't seen anyone give it anything under a 9*
How are you liking Nabari so far? :)

The Japanese and independent stuff I have a harder time watching just because it's not as readily available as the other more mainstream feds, but I've seen a lot of those your mentioned (except for Dragon Gate) and loved all of it. Japanese style is one of my favorite styles, and I love how they treat the "sport" over in Japan, as if it were actually a sport. I should start watching more now that you bring it up.

Yeah, I have a NES and a SNES. Those games are still fun even now.

Heh, I don't know. I notice sometimes I get most of the way through a game and then I just stop. But then like 5 years later I pick it up again and beat it :P

Heh, I think the only ones I haven't gotten around to beating are some of the Gameboy ones.

Ergo Proxy is awesome, indeed.
About the ending, do you mean if I liked it or not? Or are you asking about my theories or something?
