My rating style:
10 - Shelf Worthy - I enjoyed this show so much I would buy it and probably watch it more than just once
9 - Rental Shelf - While I enjoyed it a lot, there was something holding it back from being amazing. I'd still probably buy it eventually anyway :P
8 - Stream Worthy - Worth watching, but more or less just to pass the time.
7 - Perishable - There is something I disliked about the show, the show is borderline unwatchable
6 - Trash Worthy - I wouldn't waste my time on this, maybe someone else likes it but I can barely force myself to watch
I doubt that I could give a show less than 6 because someone would already have told me it sucks. If there was an 11 rating, I'd probably just move everything up one XD. Most of all, I rate based on how I feel about a show, I don't intend to be 'objective' or anything, and honestly, that's not the point at all.

One of my fave of all time!
Amazing characters and development, all but a few get there own special episode to develop and you learn about them. You may start out hating a few (I sure as hell hated one of them with a burning passion) but you will grow to love all of them.
It is from Sunrise, they did Code Geass and Cowboy Bebop.
It is funny and sad at times but always has a sense of adventure and fun.
The totally real advertisements are just there and add to the fun. (Amazon.Jp for example)
Finally, it is a unique take on superheroes as a whole, a deconstruction like Madoka was with Magical Girls albeit not even close to as dark.
Thats it! Give it a chance!
