i'll give any anime a shot. But if it's bad, then I won't watch it any more. simple as that. My only exception to this rule is 'Byston Well Monogatari: Garzey no Tsubasa' or Wings of Garzey, that was so bad that it was good
It seems that animes about giant robots I really don't like. like the Big O, Transformers, G Gundam and others of the like.
Evangelion is not on the list because their robots are not actually robots but living giant semi people. So they don't get repairs, they grow new limbs. Also, the armor that they wear, is not for protection, it's to limit what they can do and to keep them under control.
