I never got the chance to play FES, so this will be totally new to me. And it could be possible, what with all the cameos thrown in already.
Though you have just reminded me of something funny. Remember at the start of 3, when you summon your Persona, it turns into Thanatos and you collapse?? You wake up a week later in the hospital, which Yukari tells you is called the 'Tatsumi Memorial Hospital.' Pretty funny when you consider that Kanji's last name is Tatsumi...

Oh, you mean those 'Chie actually gets the right answer' moments? In think it was supposed to be funny TBH. Like 'hey, Chie's a dumb jock but she gets the answers right?'...I thought it was funny the first time round, but it got a little old around the thrid time.

Kanji was definitely the best guy. But think of this, you know that guy being introduced into the velvet room for the female game? There's a reason his fan nickname is flight attendant Kanji...XD
I liked Chie's way of stating the obvious, it made her have a sort of 'good is dumb' personality, though I suppose some of the things she said were just a bit pointless. (And Yukiko was just great)
