My favourite anime (Aria) is a Slice of Life, which is quite an odd choice for a #1. XD
Overall though I'm in Romance, Mecha and Action. And I tend to watch a lot of supernatural shows too (But in Anime, that's not unexpected)

I've heard of both of those anime, quite a lot last year on A4. But then this new crowd of fans appeared and I havn't heard of it since.
I'll check it out when I next finish a series. ^^

Soon I'll be starting "Scrapped Princess" too.

Ah, I'm a great fan of the KyoAni stuff, Kanon in particular XD I'm massively looking forward to the next Haruhi series.
