It's insulting to compare Bakemonogatari to Shit + Crap. SHAFT is a great animation studio that is very, very good at what they do. They wouldn't stoop that low.

In reality, no, I don't think anything could be Rosario + Vampire - light considering it was pure fanservice bullshit.
Bakemonogatari has some similar elements, but the dialogue is very well written, and has a lot of good banter, plus an interesting art style.
The actual story is good, too.
