My holiday Higurashi collection is coming along nicely!
Why He Likes It: I love this song for its heart felt lyrics and its happy go lucky feel. The main vocalist has such a beautiful, endearing voice that even a non j-pop fan couldn't help but fall in love with this one.

Why He Likes It: Even tho most of this song is the chorus being repeated, it sounds very beautiful, and tends to make me want to hug things, which in itself is all I need to know that its a good song!
His Favorite Line: We pretend not to realize how we really feel

Why He Likes It: What can I say, Mell has a way with words - even if they are broken engrish ones. The vocal distortion and good use of bass makes this one a favorite. This song also fits Black Lagoons atmosphere perfectly.

Why He Likes It: This one has been a favorite ever since I first listened to it on Full Metal Alchemist's debut of episode 42. The guitar is very subtle in a lot of the verses, which makes for an interesting feel, and the vocalist has a mellow voice which kind of relaxes you as he takes you into the main verse, which is incredibly motivating to me for some unknown reason. This one will always hold a special place in my heart, especially being attached to FMA.

Why He Likes It: Flow starts Eureka Seven off with a bang with this song. It is one of my most cherished since it always puts me in a good mood with its amazing tempo and interesting use of two talented vocalists. I'd say its currently my number one j-rock/j-pop song by far.
