I'll give you credit for Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu, don't listen to others, indeed a 10/10 show.

Zero no Tsukaima isn't really good if you read the light novel first before watching the anime, like what happened to me. They really changed the whole storyline in the anime from the Light Novel which resulted in the removement of the mature contents(18+), and it became more of a comedy series.

Hi.
About the drops:
Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu - I've seen people say this had a lot of promise but it didn't deliver, but you're the first person to actually like it, as far as my forum reading goes. I, on the other hand, hated it from the start. The humor was awful - I despise tsundere so much it's not even funny - and the action lukewarm. The plot seemed liked the standard fare. Therefore, it has nothing going for it. I see one of the characters is listed as your favorite, and I think I remember reading something about it, but still, one cool character can't save a below average show.
Deadman Wonderland - I didn't think it was that bad, and I had it on my watching list (before MAL) for a long time, and then even longer on the on-hold list, and then I finally realized I was never going to bother, so I just dropped it. It is one of those "soft" drops, so perhaps I'll pick it up again some day. I've been thinking about reading the manga, since people keep saying how much better it is than the anime, and if I do, I'll probably finish the anime as well.
I see you love Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou. I'm glad, since it is, in my opinion, the best ecchi/harem out there. How much of the manga was covered by the anime, and how far did it go since?
Edit:
About dropping after only one episode - sometimes one episode is ten minutes too much. You get to see the setting, the main character, some plot, the atmosphere, and so on - I think that's plenty to work with.
