I'm not sure what else I want to marathon. I have lots of series downloaded but I'm trying to get the big episode series caught up first.

Break from ongoing titles? Are some shows on a one-week break?

I finally finished Rainbow myself. It started out a bit silly (really going overboard with all the suffering) but became a lot better in the second half once everybody moves on. A lot more optimistic, too. I'm a bit disappointed that there was no Soldier arc, though. And quite a few things were left unexplained.

Lol , the Cencoroll plot looks really interesting and weird.

And i was planning to wath Gundam SEED as soon as summer vacation started . I have a lot of big anime i want to watch this summer that i havent had time , like Gundam SEED , Fairy Tail , Bleach , etc. But i still have one more month of school before that.Now i try to watch smaller anime ( >50) because they are easier to watch when you don't have that much time. I just started Mushishi and it seems pretty good so far , though the episodic thing kinda keeps me from marathoning it cause there is not a consistent plot to keep me interested for more than 5-6 episodes in a row , so it might 1-2 days.

So . on another note , i won't ask what you think of the spring season like anybody else , because i already seen that you like it more than the winter one and because i'm not really too caught up with it unfotunately. But , have you watched/read anything good recently besides those ?

1) Lots of possible reasons: A) if they are that powerful, then people would worship them like some people worship the volcano overshadowing their village; B) the light from them is the same color as the light of the galaxy road at night, many people would have made a connection between the two as the bringer of food; C) if bad things happen if you mess with a whalesquid (as seems to be the case), then a general taboo would have developed whose reason would soon be forgotten, but the idea of "sacred" would remain.
2) Really cliched writing probably explains it. Remember immediately before he talked about leaving it to the next generation to solve things, I doubt there is anything more to it.

I have given up hoping for anything really deep from this show, the writing has just been too consistently bad (from a technical standpoint) to hope for something clever to occur (though Una's last episode may have something, the first episode was pretty much the best).

What should happen is that the ship would drive Ledo away for offending their gods, what WILL happen is that Ledo and Pinon will join forces to lead a salvage mission to Whalesquid land where "the big revelation" and we will learn that whalesquids and humans can live in harmony happy ending will occur in "tick-tock" like fashion.
