Happy Holidays :)

Ok, here's the second part. Hm, anime I could recommend is Texhnolyze. You've probably heard of it, as it is one of the deepest anime, that's at least what's circling around MAL. However, it isn't really hard or depressive. It is very satisfying, because it has a really good story, with somewhat good characters, that discuss really interesting stuff, in a badass way. But the visuals are extremely good even for this year, and it was made in 2003/2004. You should try it out, the first few episodes are not so easy to keep up with, but once you get into the anime, everything starts being dynamic and beautiful. Prison school is brilliant. They are just being extremely hyberbolic considering everything they've done there (sticking the stick in the butt...). They use that to hype the anime, if you're not disgusted by it, you will like their atmosphere, not what they're doing (or maybe you're twisted :^), nothing wrong with that tho).
Well, all of the arcs are good, but maybe I could point out the arc when Maoi was leaving, even though it was painful, it was made very well. But the kaiki arc's were also good... it's hard but overall, i could say that hachikuji maoi is my favorite character, anime as a whole is really good.

It's not making sense since you didn't check out Monster musume :^), but I understand what you were trying to get at. In monster musume, when I say how are they moving, is how they use their body parts to do some ecchi stuff. It was innovative, so I gave it a rather high score for an ecchi. Also, I'm considering lowering the scores for other shallow ecchi anime, like high school DxD.

Since I know how you look, it feels unfair that I'm still the mysterious guy. Btw, I always look weird on pictures, extremely rarely I actually look normal. I'll just give you some interesting pictures of the trip, and you'll see how will I reveal myself :^), on the messages when i transfer the stuff from my mobile to the computer.
At least you're trying. In serbia we're just chill, going through school and thinking on alone what should we study further. But it's really nice that you're engaging yourself into your future. Even though you said that you don't care much about school (something like that), you're still taking some kind of classes for your future. I'm a very weird person. When there's something I'm forced to do, I just accept it, and don't make myself feel forced, since I'm out of choice, I'll just do it correctly. And I don't feel any regret doing that, since I'm enjoying something that others may feel bad to do when forced. If i at least limit myself to 7 days, it will not be a problem for me to answer the 7th day.
Btw, my username is maridius_98, but I stopped streaming, partially because I don't have much time, and partially because my internet sucks. Maybe I will start again once I get more time, the school is very tiresome right now .
I have a suggestion, how about we exchange skype, and have a chat, or perhaps speak there. My spoken english would probably be weird. We could that way at least shorten our comments that are getting longer every time :D. You can send me a message or something if you feel like it.
MaridiuS Oct 26, 2015 5:30 PM
I understand. I had similar problems when I was in Germany, except my lap top was not suddenly shutting down. It was me accidentally touching the touch pad, and clicking somewhere on the screen which isn't the textbox in which I'm typing in. Than I suddenly press backspace, that results in me going back one page, deleting ALL text I've written to answer a comment. That was quite frustrating, so I developed a tactic. Every once in a while, I would just ctrl+a and copy it. If I happen to click backspace again, I would just paste it after doing it again.

Well, the trip was REALLY fun. We were there for 6 days. The most important part of course was, fooling around with friends! Other than that, we visited Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. We've stayed the longest in Prague, the city that I liked the most. The center of the city was the old town, that has been modernized, so every building is either a shop, restaurant, cafe... Every building was very beautiful, the architecture is flawless. And everything is next to each other, making the center ideal for hanging out. There were a lot of extremely awesome things, and when I see something that can be enjoyed, I enjoy it to the max. I was like a kid in a wonderland, being excited and astonished by every single building or statue. I've met new people, and got to know a lot of people much better. It is very expensive, around 250 euros, which is I guess around 380 dollars. Btw, this is the most interesting thing i've seen there! http://puu.sh/kYQNv/bee1e60407.jpg . Itadakimasu! Sake was very delicious, It made me tipsy, but the taste was godlike. The worst thing was Disco. It was terrible, with the worst kind of Serbian music. Auto-tone + shitty electronic follow up, really disgusting. Disco was in the program just 2 times, but the second time they would not allow to leave it. So we asked our professor to ask the bouncer to allow us to leave.

Well I think that's because if we're talking like this, it is not spontaneous at all. We could forge, delete, lie, think... Although I tend to not lie at all, since there's not much to show off on the internet. I'm also really honest in real life. Mhm. mhm, that's nice. I'll just describe myself now, and it feels like our posts are going to be really long, which will result in much longer time to answer. And it is sometimes tiresome, because you think you have the time to answer it, but in the meanwhile, you realize how much time this posts actually consume. Well, I'm quite honest. I also thought that I'm normal throughout my whole life, but recently I've been more and more surprised with people. Resulting in me thinking that I'm not actually average and that I'm not normal. Things that excite other, don't excite me. I'm tired of all the fake people in school that are like 90% of them. They think it's high school, and overthink too much what to talk about, resulting in no genuine conversations (oregairu much). Now I have no other choice than to actually think that I'm intelligent... Other than that, I try to fully enjoy everything that I can enjoy. I also like to do things how they should be done, that at least interest me. I was very easily able to laugh, but now it's a little bit rarer, but it's often though, since I enjoy things to the fullest. And I'm very optimistic, even though if I see a risk I consider the worst case scenario. I like animals very much, and I don't know how to talk to kids... since i'm the third child. I liked math, but once I transfered to this school, it was good, until the new professor came, that really sucks. I'm a hardcore gamer, same as everything, I try to do it correctly and be really good, I don't like losing if the reason is that I suck. I listen to touhou music, mostly eletronic/vocal. My favorite food is hake, but my favorite drink is of course sake! And I try my best not to hurt anyone in anyway, unless they really deserve it. Em, I'm being too serious here xD

Hm, I'll split my comment into two segments. Now I will talk about serious stuff, on the next comment I will talk about anime. It just feels too long, I'm losing my concentration, and I feel like I would just put some half-assed stuff for the rest of this. Btw, you don't need to feel uneasy since you may think I'm uneasy and I'm writing this comment just out of moral; answering something and keeping the deal. I don't think I will soon get tired of our comment exchanging, but it feels like it is really long, and I don't think i will find much time to keep it up if it would be 2x longer than this comment. Btw I hate it too, the rainbow colors don't suit the beautiful blue/white tiles of MAL. It feels forced, out of place, it doesn't please my eyes, they don't fit well.
MaridiuS Oct 8, 2015 4:21 PM
Know that I was happy when you replied. That day I was going to sleep with the expectation that I will read your next comment in the morning. And It was there, and you managed again too fill in our 7day deal. In the meanwhile, here I am, late asf. It is partially because I was busy, but it was mostly because I didn't feel like creating anything. Be it writing something or making something, or talking about deep shit. I was like Otasaka Yuu in 7th episode, except I didn't go aggressive, neither was I really into deep depression. I wouldn't call my state depression, though, since I didn't feel sad, it's hard to describe it, but I think you'll undestand. I was just doing things that aren't productive, until today.
I've found some inspiration to write, and I'm using it, since I'm going to a school trip on monday. We will be visiting Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, and I think another country. We will be there for around 6 days, and it will be madness during free time. We could maybe even get drunk, if we get that chance for it. But I will of course control myself and not cause any serious trouble that could involve me with the Civil Service (police for example). But it will be really fun anyways.

I feel like people need to know the truth. It changes them in the right way, knowing they've made a mistake, or it simply feels more genuine. I also tend not to talk to people because of morals. Let's say somebody was abroad, I wouldn't start conversation based on how is it there. I would just casually bring it up, since it would feel too forced to me. Also I've been changing a lot this year, my mindset, my way of presenting myself, my style. So I know that I can make mistakes, and I would mostly likely people to point them out that have already seen something similar. I seek genuine conversations such as in Oregairu. And I've found one with you. Although I sometimes feel like I'm going over this too much on our conversations even though we don't know each other irl. Now that I'm think about it, how can you describe yourself? I'm really interested :).

That's basically how I rate things. Except there are some anime that are just NO right now. Let's say, tokyo ghoul. Like we're basically the same, except we have some differences in rating anime, we like the same stuff. It's really awesome, since our scores are all around 1-3 difference, mostly 1 and 2. I like something slightly more than you did, and vice versa. Everything that I like, you also like, and that goes same for disliking. Except I add also some hating (deadman wonderland, tokyo ghoul) when they try so hard, but is really empty and just edgy asf. Btw, it's like 50% chance to see people with a good enough moral characteristic. For example, you aren't bothered much by the overexaggeration happening in prison school. It's like a gem, if you can just shut down your moral standard, you will totally enjoy it. That's basically how I work over the internet.

I see that you finished monogatari series 2nd season. Is kaiki your husbando yet after it :/ He's the best grill, closed case. Yes! I will get more hachikuji maoi this season :D. Btw, I have a friend that strongly dislikes hachikuji maoi, as in she's too childish. He even dislikes the way she interacts with Ararararagi, that I find really fun. And I'm not sure if I grow up, will I also dislike lolis, and easy going anime that concerns ecchi. Is it because I'm a pervert or because I'm young?! I'm really confused as to what might happen to my mindset towards that kind of anime. But Prison school and boku wa tomodachi, still had some good potential. I of course don't find regular ecchi anime really astonishing, (to love-ru, highschool dxd). But monster musume was really cool with the ecchi scenes concerning the Monsters. Hmm, you told me about prison school telling me it would maybe be the anime of the year, but you still gave it a lower score than mine? Maybe I was just too overhyped but I don't think my opinion that it is a good anime will ever change.

I wouldn't say that they wanted plot twists in charlotte. They forced plot. Since I think there no episodes left, they just had to force it. While they wasted some episodes on filler episodes with not much character development. The humor between Misa and the teleport guy totally meh tier. But Kotori really saved the series, and the interesting story. The story just give me a nice feeling, while kotori was here to save the screentime and how everything is presented, but she wasn't enough.

Yes it has the same concept. Geometry dash is much more open with much more features. Since there are vehicles in geometry dash that change how tapping trigger them. In impossible game you're only a cube, and there are only patterns with the cube. I stream to an audience on twitch, when my internet serves me well... Here in Serbia I don't know more than 2 persons that have internet that is perfectly working, that is extremely rarely lagging or disconnecting. You can check it out, but I don't stream very often, since I don't have time, and i'm going to the school trip very soon.
Well, it isn't hard to properly accent it, but it is somewhat difficult for me to spontaneously speak it at all times. I lose the flow, and it feel painful for listeners and for me at some point, and I'm trying to fix that while streaming.

Well it looks like you're kinda leading a fulfilled life. Do schools in Ohio activate students to do some errands/activities that could lead to better future and working experience? Or are you engaging by yourself, asking, finding out, signing up... In the meanwhile, i'm just going to school, being an average student, having no real hobbies except games, and anime. I also train volleyball, but I am not doing it very seriously. Looking forward to some skiing pictures, btw, if you have any other pictures related to your anime con, feel free to share, as I am curious. It could be anything, some random posters, random cosplays, your selfies... anything. This might be really long, I'll try to hold back next time and not write a marathon after being late so much. Do you want to make a reverse deal, in which we answer com to coms 7 days. That will also affect me, and not only you, since it sounds unfair if it's only you, and it will give me inspiration to write on time, since I can easily force will upon myself if it is needed. If you answer this exactly 7 days (or at least 4,) I will be able to answer back on time, since I will be on a school trip after all.

That's fine! My own replies have been very late since i'm so forgetful.

Diamond no Ace is hard to compare to Kuroko in that sense. It has more episodes than KnB (75 in its first season, and 25+ in its airing second), but it's also a lot slower. KnB starts and has people with their own 'powers' I suppose, but they're also all quite good already. Whereas DnA focuses more on the progression to that point (so far, as you can I'm not very far into it.) For example, the MC isn't even on his school's baseball team in the 14 episodes I've seen, whereas I believe Kuroko and Kagami were mainstays on the Seirin team within the first 5 episodes? It's been a while since I watched but that sounds about right. DnA is quite good though, just that its length is just a tad daunting. The MC is pretty typical but he's passable, the supporting characters help it a lot more. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it at this point though, I'll try and get further into it so I can make a better decision though!

Finishing UBW has left me in somewhat of a lurch and I was very, very close to reading the VN, but I'm certain that I won't get through it. Not that I have a problem with a lot of reading, just that the medium doesn't appeal to me. A part of me also wants to stick to the anime from a purely purist perspective, despite understanding how silly that is XD. As of now I am quite excited for HF though, it has the potential to really round out the series into something incredible.

Man that's odd, my parents wouldn't even look twice at any anime. Your dad must be quite progressive. How does it look? For $30 I wouldn't expect much but still. And good work for supporting OPM ^^, it definitely deserves it.

I'm really starting to miss DRRR's first season now, I have a lot of fond memories
of it. I really need to get on x2, but don't worry I've put it behind Gintama on my PTW.

Well since I took so long, Rokka no Yuusha is finished. It'll sound a lot less sincere now, but I actually predicted who the real seventh was about episode 8 or 9. I can't say I was completely certain, since I still suspected the priestess and Goldov a bit, but I felt in the back of my mind that it would have to be the princess. I can't remember my exact reasoning, but I remember her telling the MC to 'go on ahead' to the temple really stuck with me for some reason. If I'd honestly responded I wouldn't have said her definitively though, I'm just pretty pleased that I guessed right. Who did you think it was? I wish the show hadn't had a second season though, or at least hadn't set it up in the way it did. I would've rated the show a bit higher if it had sort of stuck to 'this is a perilous, heroic adventure, but it's actually just mostly character interactions and dialogue'. I felt that would've made it quite unique, but I'll watch the second season regardless.

To be honest, I really haven't looked over the Fall season properly yet. I'm definitely watching OPM and Haikyuu though, two of my favourite series! Everything else seems to be either sequels or something I haven't looked into. Once the season starts I'm sure the influx of discussion around them will help me decide though! I'm willing to watch almost anything though, I've learnt not to judge something too harshly by its premise.

I think I might start watching Gintama soon, even alongside my DnA progress, I'm quite indecisive on things which should be quite small, as you can tell XD.
Dream95 Sep 20, 2015 9:52 PM
yeah, there just have been so many anime out throughout the history that have done all sorts of stuff. I don't really blame most of the anime on their creativity, but on their presentation instead. But yeah, guess I'll just have to get used to the generic anime, even though I might not like it :/

Not sure about this season but the AOTY is Shokugeki no Souma. I gave a 10 for both manga and anime just because it was so entertaining unlike nearly any other anime this year. Also the Souma is definitely my fav character this year by far. I should really finish up the rest of the anime this season though... (Charlotte was the only one I've been watching, pretty good) Also hope fall has good anime to watch. Only one I'm looking forward to is OnePunch Man. Read couple chapters of the manga, looks entertaining as hell. Other than that maybe Owari no Seraph, and oh Kindaichi R2. Even though I haven't finished the first series, I still love Kindaichi a lot so I'll be looking forward to watching that sometime. Nothing else besides these stand out though.

I am not sure haha. I also stopped watching it, along with nearly every other anime this season after the first couple of episodes. So I can't say if it is worth watching or not.
MaridiuS Sep 16, 2015 5:04 PM
Welcome back. While you were away, most of my other MAL friends were also away :/ So I ended up getting bored. I'm really happy that you're back. How was it at the trip? How can a trip be sudden, were you visiting your relatives that come from a different country, I can't have an idea. Btw, I tend to be completely honest. I'll say things that disturb me unless I see a possibility that will severely hurt the person I have some things against. I almost never want to hurt anyone, unless they really deserve it. If you ask me for anything, I'll be there to give you my truest opinion on it.

Yeah, sakurasou is really good. I had it in my top 5 anime for a while, until I've found some anime that I think are better. My list wasn't always like this. It was full of 6-10 scores, and scores under that would've been really rare. 6 was a score I gave to a show that I disliked. After I've started seeking something genuine and psychologically satisfying, I started comparing good anime on scores 6-10, and bad anime (anime that I really disliked with objective reasons that ruin the enjoyment) 5 is anime I'm totally okay, and they're perfect for passing time. Hm, I'm not sure why I had the need to tell about myself, maybe it was because I didn't talk to you to a long time? You have no idea how fluidly are this sentences going. I'm writing everything I'm thinking, and for some reason my brain is very likely to keep my thoughts going. Now that I've realized it, I'll try to shorten the rest, so I won't bombard you with walls of texts right after getting back.

Agreed, anything related to monogatari series is very good. It's fascinating. While the dialog between the 3dimensional characters is good on it's own, it has some really interesting visuals to follow. I always say, let the dialog do the psychological things, and leave the enjoyment and satisfaction to the visuals. It all ends up going together and really affects your thinking about it. However, the only thing I disliked about it, is that they're talking a lot about some kanji and playing with kanjis. I can go on with it, but I can't understand things related to that.
All of the characters are good, except snake girl :/ Shinobu is really good, but my favorite character is Hachikuji Maoi. I really like her for some reason, she has some nice humor going on and when she's serious, she's awesome. (Don't strike me as a lolicon :^) ). I actually didn't watch nekomonogatari, what is it about, I'm sure it's just some addition, that doesn't really effect the show. You're so excited about it, you asked me twice who was my favorite character, and I'm really happy about it. When people enjoy what I enjoy, it really feels good.

Charlotte is good. But there's something that missing... Didn't you feel like that? And it's the execution. It is not consistent, the execution is not going fluidly. Lack of genres, gives us no information on what should we expect. Every episode is almost executed differently with different character interactions, that I will don't always suit them. However, I really like tomori, so that probably gives 1 score to the anime as a bonus. It has a nice concept, but it is not bad, I watch it without it giving me a feeling of negativity.

Well, school started. And I'm surprised that you were on a trip while the school should also be on in America. Well, I was streaming geometry dash. It's a simple game, where you're a cube and you jump over obstacles. You just need to jump, the movement is auto (based on speed... long story). The point is, while I'm streaming, I'm speaking on a mic, trying to learn to speak better english out loud. You might think my english is really good, but I have a lot of problems speaking english, but not writing and understanding it. I also continued to train Volleyball. What about you, hope this will not be really long once I press Submit Reply...

Just want to say that your 3x3 favorite anime is the best I've seen here! c;
Never thought a cyan outline with a combination of the black color would look so good yo.
Good job! ;P

But what about the lads though? Bunch of bad-asses right there.

Sorry for going out of my way to tell you that I will answer you soon, but ended up being late. I was quite busy since during the day there was some weird paperology that should've been acquired for school. During the evening I was hanging out with friends, every evening. So now that all is settled I've finally found time to continue our com-to-com.

Yeah I feel you about the third wheel. But third wheel is still much more useful than a fifth wheel that I was in number of situations... Cool panel? How does that look like? Well there's this internet meme: "pics or it didn't happen". And your situation where you're cosplaying that is like the only answer you could expect. Since you're describing what you did visually, for example I said "I drew some pretty art at the anime con :)". It is kinda the same and it is desired to see it in order to feel it. Looks like I really went deep in explaining it but I could still go more xD. Oh since you're drawing a sketch it's like the same example that I was just saying. I'd really like to see it since there's no other way for me to totally acknowledge what you did. Here I go again, hope you don't mind it.
Ooooh, its barely, I always though it was bearly... What a pleb channel with adds and dub on typical shounen anime. I actually heard of everything that you mentioned.

Well personally I'm into almost everything be it anime or real life. I try to go into the mindset of a person that likes that, and try to look at all angles on why would he like something. Therefore I completely understand loli yuri, and it happens not to be so bad after all :^). There is no reason to hate something just because it looks weird or something like that. I'm an adventurist, I like to try out new things and look forward to them. Am I revealing too much here? Well yeah, fate is very confusing when you look at it as a whole. But fate/zero is the best, it isn't anything else. It's just perfect, except the ending. They were fairly limited to the ending of fate/zero in order to set up a sequel F/SN.

I see that you started bakemonogatari and finished sakurasou. How do they look like? I'm really happy since I like both of them, and would recommend it to most people. Especially Bakemonogatari which is one of my favorites. Why do you like it (if you do) and how do you feel about it? Again, I apologize for being late.
Jest Aug 25, 2015 10:17 PM
Not a problem! My memory can be pretty good (when it wants to be) so long wait times aren't really an issue.

From what I could glean from that clip, it looks like it would be something I enjoy. Gintama will definitely be my next long-running series after I finish watching Diamond no Ace (and reading Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, I suppose). Even with just 75 episodes, I've got a daunting feeling about DnA. But I'm determined to give Gintama a solid attempt (at least 30 episodes). I've sat through roughly the same amount for shows I didn't enjoy watching, like 2006 Fate/Stay Night and Motto to LOVE-Ru.

I've heard very little about Rokka no Yuusha but most of what I have heard is very positive so I was waiting for it to be near its end before starting it. My anime progress has kind of halted, I started reading Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and after the first 50 chapters I got hooked. I will definitely watch Rokka and Akagami though! I heard Akagami already got a second season confirmed too.

As long as Rider is appreciated, I have no qualms :). Funnily enough I was reading that since F/SN is based off those 3 different routes, that if a character didn't get much development in the anime versions then they probably got fleshed out in another route. So when I was watching UBW, I was like 'Oh okay, maybe Rider will get expanded upon in this route'. Yeah....nope. So now I've just got to sit tight and wait for the Heaven's Feel movies! I was going to play the visual novel but I'd prefer keeping it all anime. I'm also glad they're not doing another two-cour series for HF though, I was getting kind of tired of the beginning parts with Shirou helping out around school and such.
I'll agree that Kiritsugu's second half of his childhood was a lot better. It still wasn't personally to my liking but I also really enjoyed the scene where he shot the plane down. I was hoping that she'd somehow manage to make it out :(.
Yeah I think watching Fate/Zero before UBW is the way to go personally. If you planned on watching the 2006 version I'd reconsider but Kirei doesn't play as much of an important role in UBW so knowing he's 'evil' wouldn't really impact that much, imo. Even in their final confrontation I was hoping Rider would somehow make it past Archer (in F/Z), but nope :'(. Knowing how it ended beforehand also impacted my feelings towards it I imagine.

Yeah I can definitely see preferring the anime, the art is definitely a lot better and most importantly it stays consistent. The amount of thought Togashi put into the Chimera Ant arc still impresses me, especially with...ten? or so differing viewpoints on what humanity is and such. Gon's anger is a great scene he's a good example of that wavering humanity, I enjoy reading analyses on the entire arc. One thing I felt was a bit...off though, was that Kite is only introduced in that arc as opposed to the first chapter in the manga. It made Gon's actions a little weaker I felt because Kite wasn't around for that long, but it was mostly counteracted by the flashbacks of Kite and Gon ^^.
I'm really looking forward to the election arc though, it's like my second or third favourite arc (first being Chimera Ant, second and third being a toss-up between Yorknew and Election). I'm always really interested watching how characters of high 'power' interact with each other, which is a reason I liked Yorknew so much. I really enjoyed the clashing personalities in the Phantom Troupe. I'm praying Togashi finally comes back and reveals Beans will be joining the expedition too. I absolutely LOVE the Ging-Beans dynamic.

Oh, that's great! I watched the first two episodes of x2 (I'm waiting for most of the third cour to be out before I watch it all) so I do know Izaya's sisters. I did like them from the little I saw of them! Not sure who Aoba is though. Kida and Shinra are <3. Damn, that sucks. You should've dragged someone else along to even the odds. There's nothing wrong with being compared to to Rin, she's great! Although I imagine he doesn't mean it so endearingly. I'm more surprised your dad knows who she is though, does he watch anime? And sure thing, you can PM me it or I can send my Skype (I only use it for the text chat, not a fan of calls). Oh, or you could send it to my tumblr too? But I don't suppose that would help.

That's great! It's a really good show and I also really enjoyed the problems in it. I couldn't relate to them on your level but I can understand the satisfaction you get from seeing personal issues you've struggled with treated like that. I couldn't agree more, it's definitely in my top slice of life series, although I think I preferred Barakamon just a touch more; I can't decide!

Indeed :D. It's just brilliant. I will reply to your long message like in 1 day or tonight. Btw you can download Puush, and once you launch it you can ctrl+shift+2 to screenshot what you're seeing, and it will upload an URL. I use it a lot on Osu and if I want quick screenshots that I want to share instantly. Other than that, this is my email maridius98@yahoo.com , you can share there.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
