Hello my name is Adrian and just like you I am a fan of Anime and Manga. I first got my first taste of anime from the late 90’s to early 00’s watching Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, Tenchi Muyo, Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, Yu Yu Hakusho and many more that were airing on Toonami. But it was my friends from high school who got me into Anime and manga and happy they did. I also have a great interest in American Comic books from Marvel and DC Comics. My favorite type of animes to watch are action-oriented or shonen style shows like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, One Piece, Kenichi and more. I also love watching Mystery genre Animes like Mushishi, xxxHolic and Psycho Pass. And last I love sport theme animes like Ookiku Fukirabutte (Big Windup!) and Kuroko no Basket. Over the last few years my love for reading manga has magnified. My favorite mangas include Blue Exorcist, Dogs: Bullets & Carnage, Naruto, Bleach, Food Wars: Shokugeki no Souma, and many more. I love exploring the many different personalities found in watching anime or reading manga. You can find the hyperactive young hero, the jealous rival, the bossy one, the dork, the pervert, the lazy person, the drunk, the shy & timid person, the smart one and many more. With these many personalities found its really easy to connect with someone. I really enjoy the artistic style found in anime and manga. I hope I never fall out of love with Anime and Manga.
Oh yea. Manga and anime is for any person of any age. I'm glad you found a new favorite anime :) My new favorite is MM! It's one of the funniest animes I've seen in a loooooong time.
