Looking for a SOWS invite? I have way more than plenty to trade.
Heh, thanks for letting me know. Part of the reason for my last comment really had to do with me not feeling totally comfortable with the comment itself, too. (I hadn't expected a reply in particular.)
Nevertheless, it's definitely nice to know how you feel about K-On! characters, so cheers and thanks once again :)
I am sorry, it was unbecoming of me to speak ill of characters who I don't really have strong dislike for. K-On! characters certainly do have moe points and a lot of fans, too.
Hey sorry, I'm terribly slow at replying to comments.
Thanks for the offer, I may take you up on that sometime! I would totally offer you the same, but I doubt I'd be much help to you considering the level difference :P
Is Wolf Pack accepting sorcerers? My current legion is alright, but kind of quiet at night. It'd be nice to BS about anime with a bunch of people in legion chat and there seems to be a bunch of fans in WP.
On another note, after reading some commments about saimoe on your profile page, what do you think about Taiga winning international Saimoe? All I can say is, "Ugh", I'm glad I lost interest in it halfway through.
So I followed your link (thank you), and then saw the ads for this and these (heheh). The Bad Apple!! PV is well-done and made for true fans; I was able to recognise almost all of the characters. I guess that any Touhou fan who can read Kanji probably could, too, since the characters chosen are all superstars.
This year's JSM wasn't as fun for me as those of previous years, either. The newer(?) characters seemed to have an unfair advantage over established ones. Nevertheless, I could at least find comfort in knowing that the final winner is not a K-On! character (thank heavens).
No problem~ It's great that Sega has been bringing figure prices to acceptable levels while maintaining satisfactory quality. Competition is awesome :D !
I should have typed her name in Japanese though, so that it wouldn't be so confusing :P
I know what you mean regarding the new Nendoroid Petite Vocaloid series; I feel the same way! I might have considered getting one if they were sold separately, but buying the whole set is just too much.
A good news is that Sega is set to release several Miku figurines at competitive prices in November/December. The most expensive one should be under/around $20, and the cheaper ones are less than $10 each, I think.
I love the manga-like description of your reaction upon seeing Nendoroid Marisa. Her big hat is oh-so-very-cute, and I was definitely surprised, too :D
I actually didn't know about Touhoumon, so I looked it up just now. It's old school but yet refreshing at the same time. Thanks for introducing me to it =)
Yeah sorry, I wasn't clear in my previous comment. The ones that Fuji TV took down were short clips of Aya Hirano in interviews and whatnot. They were good for publicity and marketing purposes, I thought. The entertainment industry has turned weird in recent years; they spend millions of dollars on advertising, yet they are relentlessly suing people or actively working against them for helping them to accomplish the the same goals at zero or very low cost. The senseless desire for control has ruined their business sense, it appears. [Sorry for the long rant.]
