...then you might like Kuroko no Basket add

Somewhat similiar.
Both are somewhat "over-the-top" shonen sport animes with lots of special moves and special abilities.
Kuroko is somewhat more serious than ES21, but the main difference is that in Kuroko the main character starts out incredibly powerful.

...then you might like Ao no Exorcist add

Both are highly popular shonen action series revolving around Satan's child.

If you liked Death Note add

...then you might like Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai add

While both of these shows have different storylines, they both feature a clever and somewhat cold protagonist who plans his every move very carefully. Both are very entertaining.

...then you might like Eden no Ori add

While they have entirely different stories, both are about survival and are extremely dark and violent. Good stuff.

...then you might like Toriko add

Toriko is like a more violent and mature version of Fairy Tail. Both feature weird looking characters with even weirder characteristics. Also, both have lots of fantastic animals and are shounen battlemangas.

...then you might like Highschool of the Dead add

Although HOTD is much more violent, they have a similiar school-setting with undead, also the art is alike.

If you liked Nurarihyon no Mago add

...then you might like Ao no Exorcist add

Nuramago and Ao no Exorcist both feature demons that try hard to be the good guys. Also, both main characters are offspring of some evil leader (Rin in Ao no Exorcist is the son of satan, Rikuo in Nuramago is the grandson of the Supreme Commander of youkai).
Both are shonen battle mangas.

Very similiar artstyle, also characters resemble eachother.
Both are action packed Shonen Jump series.

...then you might like Psyren add

Psyren and Bleach are extremely similiar.

They both have the same kind of nice, unique art, also the "bad guys" in Psyren resemble the bad guys in Bleach.
Both are also Shonen Jump mangas with a lot of action and characters that travel between worlds fighting bad guys.
If you like Bleach, you'll love Psyren.

...then you might like Zombie-Loan add

Very similiar artstyles, also both have sword swinging heroes.
Both shows have a healthy mix of action and comedy.
Bleach has a lot better plot (mainly because it is a lot longer)

...then you might like Basquash! add

Soul Eater and Basquash both have a loveable cast of characters, similiar art styles, and fastpaced action.
Basquash seems to be aimed at a little more mature audience.
