Its been awhile since I last heard from you SilverX..^^
Currently, I am playing a variety of games, mainly RPGs and visual novels.
For RPG, I am playing DDS2 but I happen to run into the problem of too many random encounters just like Persona 2 during the shrine battles but not as bad. Every couple of steps, a random battle occurs.
Growlanser V is a different story, I can't seem to find more random battles as that I am stuck at a vital point in the game, the battle against a horde of screapers yet problematically, I am too weak against a Bishop Screaper and a Platinum Screaper, as well as a few Knights right after killing a horde of Pawns and Rooks, as well as several Knights and a Bishop. With low MP and low HP, while most of my weak party members are dead, it seems I can't advance in the game until I do an hour of grinding but I can't seem leave the place..
Growlanser III, still doing my errands which seem to be somewhat tedious as that the items I need to find are difficult to obtain. I have to fight a bunch of guardians while being very under-leveled just means that I have to spend another 2-3 hours of grinding before advancing the story..
I am also playing Persona 2: Tsumi and Devil Summoner 3 but since those games require a lot more random battles, I am not very motivated in continuing the story anytime soon.
For visual novels, I am currently playing Kanon, Phantom of Inferno, and Tsukihime. I am on January 14th in Kanon, got a few passwords already for Phantom, and got the bad ending for Tsukihime but will be continuing the story from a saved point. I should also start Kira Kira and Da Capo as that those are very popular visual novels.
Aside from RPGs and visual novels, I am also playing lots of Gundam games: Gundam Battle Chronicle, Gundam Musou 2, and Gundam Seed Destiny: Rengou vs ZAFT Plus II. I like Gundam Battle Chronicle the most, tons of mobile suits to choose from.
