I didn't really see Mushishi as the type of anime that had an ending. Or a beginning for that matter. It was one of those, let's drop in for a moment in this man's life, and we'll leave but things will go on for him as they've always had.

What does IIRC mean? And ITT? I always see them and I have no idea what they mean.

Oh yeah? Well, I like Fairy Tail more than One Piece at the moment. I'm happily watching Fairy Tail as an anime I want to see. I am watching One Piece because of yes, all the hype, but also because it's good to know about all the big titles. It'd be like never seeing Ghost in the Shell or Akira or Princess Mononoke if I didn't watch it.

Prince of Failure, you mean. That guy is just the type of protagonist 13 year old adolescent girls will love. Dark, douchey, broody and super-perfect in every way. It's horrid.

What? Really?

I thought it was up for everybody by now. But I do know the reason is that the "domain was being renewed."

I think I told someone this before. I think I'm pretty inconsequential to MAL, since there are lot more prominent users here than I am, but I think if someone had a beef with me, it'd be because:

1. I am a jerkass/I've been a jerkass to them.

2. I said something bad about an anime they like.

3. I'm a girl who watches anime and criticises it rather than stay in the kitchen and say nothing about it.

4. They don't like me just because.

5. I love who I am, whereas most people hate themselves innately or overtly. The fact that I am satisfied with myself and being an avid anime watcher pisses them off. I never understand people who would berate their own hobbies. "Anime is cool, but too much anime makes you a loser." Does that even make sense??

6. They feel bad about their own meaningless existence and so feel that by belittling someone else's, that theirs will be affirmed.

The last point is ironic, because by bashing me, they are actually affirming my existence and my own importance in their lives. They are all faceless, similar specs to me, but in that moment, where they feel rage or feel the need to "bully", they have literally given my presence the greatest bit of significance in their life.

Does that make sense? Think of it as a man who says he hates birds and so spends all of his life chasing after birds and killing them. He'll say, "These birds meant nothing to me." But a logical person would say, "If they meant nothing to you, you would not have devoted all of your life making them your number one priority."

The same can be applied to flamers and haters. If any one of them say I mean nothing to them, I laugh my ass off, because if I really didn't, then they'd have nothing to say to me because I'd thence be so unimportant, I wouldn't be worth wasting their breath on. Ah, I love irony. It gets me through the internet.

Oh? I thought all of Code Geass was hilarious. I don't know how anyone took it seriously. I thought it was one of the funniest things I ever saw. And I'm not talking about the "comedic" aspects of it--those school episodes were an insulting travesty to the rest of the series. But all the battles, the discourses, the politics, the melodrama--it was so... amusing.

Any time you'd like, except week days, obviously.

Actually, no. I only added it recently because a few days ago, I had several people randomly coming up to me telling me stuff like "Greetings from /a/!" And when I went on 4chan, no doubt, someone had posted a link to my MAL on a thread about MAL.

So of course, then came the random flaming etc. and I just kept thinking, "Do these idiots not know that it's not me??" I decided to add that bit before any channer comes back to harass me.

Railgun is... entertaining. I've only seen one episode of Index, but I started watching Railgun and I like it.

I mean, there's no story. Seriously, like, I'm four episodes in, and it just seems to be like nothing is happening that is relevant to a grander story, but I am noticing they are building on something, dropping hints here and there, so maybe its all going to culminate into something big.

I think Kuroko is an amazing character who is marred by her characterisation. I mean, she's tough, she's cool, she's knowledgeable, she's sharp, and sadistically sweet... and yet all the same time, she's this irrational, incompetent, crazy, stalker-ish, perverted putz. I am very annoyed by what they've done to someone as potentially awesome as she is. I love teleportation powers too.

I actually will defend Kugimiya Tsunderie because outside of her typecasting, she is an EXCELLENT seiyuu. She's done marvellous roles outside Shana/Taiga/Louise/Nagi.
