thank a lot :D

fun fact that i just realized recently. the spice and wolf anime is getting a soundtrack kevin penkin (made in abyss), which for me adds so much!

i will add that note to the stack too.

i also do have other stacks. not all of them are as detailed though.

Squealer's development was not done through speeches, it was shown. Ever since the first arc when they met him, the camera many times closed-up on his reactions to the situations and how he was learning with them. He started by learning that humans weren't as godly as they had believed, that his colony could grow in power, that it was possible to make a different system, that it was possible to overthrow. In the end they tied up the remaining loose ends with the information that Squealer had found a False Minoshiro, and with his final speech.

Lol, you're welcome.
Shinsekai Yori is easily one of the best stories I've ever seen in a show.
I just have to say I don't think a series has to be exciting since the first episode as long as they're not pointless. The first 3 episodes presented the characters, the setting and the mysteries, because otherwise the following big twists, the first being in episode 4, would be irrelevant.
Besides, the characters that needed development got it. Side characters need development for as long as it's important to the story.
Which means the important characters got the necessary development: the 5 mains, Squealer (most brilliant development), Tomiko, Kiroumaru and Akki. The other ones were one-dimensional, like a supporting cast is supposed to be.

And sadly I think we won't get any sequel. I can't be sure how the novel ended because it's not fully translated yet, but it's probably meant to be a Downer Ending just like that.

:l

No problem.

Oh.. uh... hi? I SWEAR THIS POPULARITY SUCKS WHEN RANDOM PEOPLE END UP LEAVING COMMENTS!

Anyway. It's sad, it deals with friendships that are relatable to a lot of people, and it somehow squeezes it into a short time frame (11 episodes).

The OP is amazing, the likelihood is tears is high, and what character development there is, is done very well.

That's good to hear dude :] unfortunately though I stopped playing the game a while ago so I wouldn't be suitable to play with any more. Though if you search some forums or get your friends to join you I'm sure you'll get the hang of it quickly
Risara Jun 8, 2013 8:55 PM
Yeah, you can quote it.
Risara May 30, 2013 2:08 AM
Yo, you seem to be a fan of Oregairu. Hachiman is so cool :D Especially when he said this quote
Objurgo Feb 20, 2013 8:49 PM
Just the sheer scale and the community that plays it is what makes it so great. The first thing you want to do is to join an outfit with a mate, it's almost like a different experience with friends, you liked the old battlefields you'll love this even more. Look up some of TotalHalibuts Youtube coverage's on the game if you have the spare time

Yeah it does take a pretty good computer but I play it on my laptop xD I have to have the graphics at their lowest of course though. It'll be worth it once you finish your computer.

Madoka Magica? it's my favorite anime. it is worth watching. watch at least 3 episodes, after that it is awesome.
MixieMoon Jan 13, 2013 10:35 AM
I found that episode 7 to the end is where the story really picks up and becomes very plot driven and the characters start to develop.

The first 7 episodes were good, they kept me entertained but some people were thrown off by some fan service.
The story is actually quite good, I cried at some parts ~ (that's how I know it was good)
It’s time to ditch the text file.
