hmm... i'm not sure, i've never helped in a club before. o.0?
however with just 3 members it isn't going to cut it. i suggest that you go to the go to the anime and character pages that are related to the club to find your "audience" and send them some invites. with more member, there might be someone who could help make the club look good.
just ask if ya need some help, (although im kinda inept ;P)
