What to say....I´m 17 years old and at the age of 12 I began reading Manga. From then on I read all kind of Manga and I came to the decision that the genre doesn´t matter to me, as long as I like what I read.
Oh, and please be indulgently, my english isn´t the best. XD
This list just helps me not to forget what I read. Before I knew MAL, it often happened that I read and read and read and totally forgot about the Mangas I read before. That was pretty nerve killing. So here is my list with all the stuff I don´t want to forget, maybe there are a few exceptions. This list doesn´t include the popular-main-stream-stuff like Naruto, Vampire Knight and Kimi ni Todoke. It´s my list about more experimental things (Yaoi, Yuri...).

Incidentally, the two compose magnificent artwork that I tend to embellish a little more than normal. If I may, I'd like to recommend you a title that I think you might enjoy. When you find the time read a series titled Coelacanth, just by looking at the cover you can tell that the artwork is both elegant and beautiful. If you need anymore recommendation filled with excellent artwork, just let me know.
