I joined myanimelist, so I can easily keep track on all the animes and mangas I've seen.
As like every other members here, I love animes. I first watched as early as back in the mid 90s. My first anime was Speed Racer in Cartoon Network, but I thought it was just another western cartoon. I became more familiar with Japanese Anime when KidsWB and Toonami aired more popular animes such as Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Sailor Moon, and Dragon Ball Z. Additionally, Adult Swim introduced me to more violent and serious animes. By the early mid 2000s, I became more addicted to animes when I realized there were so many more of them that were only seen in Japan at the time.
While I don't mind receiving friend invites, I'd appreciate if you would leave a comment first before sending me one.
I watch any animes that generally catches my interests based on plots, character designs and the casts. The genres I mostly enjoy watching are Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Harem, Romance, Comedy and Slice-of-Life.
Besides being an anime otaku, I'm also quite a gamer. My favorite games are mostly Nintendo (Smash Bros., Mario, Zelda, Pokemon), Touhou, Metal Gear Solid, Blazblue, Resident Evil, Left 4 Dead, Tales of, and other JRPGs.

Looks like most of the anime I've picked up for this season appeal to me greatly. Seems like RDG: Red Data Girl isn't my thing after watching it. I only checked out Aku no Hana out of curiosity because this site has been pretty harsh with it with the ratings because of its rotoscopic art. Well I've put both of those shows on hold indefinitely. Date A Live started a little awkward for me but I love the character designs (obviously for the girls!). Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru., or Oregairu for short, is heavy on dialogue with plenty of character interactions among the 3 main cast. I'm expecting lots of good camera angles from Photokano. xd Glad to see Kirino and Kuroneko again in the second season of Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai. =D Oh, and I might pick up Hataraku Maou-sama! if another one of the anime I'm looking forward to this season happens to be a short anime only (3-5 minutes long). I heard that show has good comedy. =) I'm only planning to pick up less shows for this season than from the winter lineup so I could have an easier weekly schedule for watching anime.

I wanna hug A-chan! =D She looks so huggable right there! xd I still can't see this new avvy in my forum set even if it's already in the MAL servers. xD
If my guess is correct, it's gotta be from the episode where an angry sadistic-looking Kurousagi found Izayoi and Asuka then Izayoi just taunted Kurousagi even more which resulted in a Gift Game between these two. And it was a draw too! xd
I think it was a funny yet harmless April Fool's joke. I had fun with it though. Lol. xd

Gotta settle with my current forum set. I'm pretty sure they'll have the lag fixed one way or another. I can always look at my animated A-chan avvy in my folder anytime.
Remember that specific scene after the "WIND SLASH! WIND SLASH! WIND SLASH!"? :'D Gotta love her reaction when she received the thumb mark in their marriage form. xd
It's funny how the top anime and top manga in this site suddenly have similar thumbnail images of Naruto. The site's playing an April Fool's prank on us. xD

The lag appears to be worse this month. =/ Can't do a single thing about my forum avvy so my newest animated one will show up instead of my Kurousagi one.
I'm pretty sure the video clip of the scene is from episode 10. =) There are some good dere-dere A-chan moments there. x3

As for the spinoff, I guess it's only a matter of time. I'm curious about the two male characters who only made appearances in the spinoff light novel.
That's odd. It's been days but your DP here in your profile still won't update at all. =/ Never knew that the lag would take this much time for display pictures too, yet I never had so much trouble when I changed my DP to Mao this past January. And yeah, I find it a cute funny scene featuring A-chan that's why I made an animated avvy out of it. =D Too bad I still can't see it up in my forum set... Imposing a maximum file size for avatars is okay especially if all user avatars are uploaded into their servers but 51 Kb seems to be way too small. Animated avatars are greatly affected by this. =/

I definitely agree. I feel the same for the series in its entirety. I've posted my own thoughts about the final episode in the episode discussion thread and while I still doubt a second season happening, I hope that spinoff anime featuring the Imoutos in middle school would become real.
Still can't see Izayoi in your DP if I visit your page. =/ And there's supposed to be a funny animated avatar of "A-chan" as my forum avvy. xd I can't believe the maximum file size allowed for forum avatars is limited only to 51Kb. I had to do countless adjustments in the avatar so the final result would be less than 51Kb. There were lots of trial & error.

No more GJ-bu to look forward to every week... ;_; It was such a fun anime. All the characters are too cute! But never would have expected that they would be closing the show with a graduation episode. I think the graduation closed the doors for a potential second season. I don't think it would be the same without Mao, Shion, and Kirara in the club. =(
Yeah, I keep seeing Izayoi as your display picture from my comments but in your profile, your DP still hasn't changed yet. My new avatar is supposed to be another animated GIF but with MAL being buggy like this, it just wouldn't update. =(

I know exactly what you mean! xd The last star tricked Mao and she jumped at the wrong time with the star crashing into her in the process. xd Sure, you earned it! =D *hands you a cookie* It looks like Shion's having a nice dream having her own real little sister and she's mesmerized at the cuteness of her little sister like Shion's happily staring off into space. xd
I can see a new Izayoi display picture right there, Josh! =D I uploaded a new animated GIF as my forum avatar but it just....wouldn't....show up for me... orz

Nyaa~ xd I guess the faces of Shion's older brothers will forever be a mystery as I don't think the series has any intentions of introducing her siblings anyway.
Watching the ED I Wish ~ is pure bliss. =3 Ah the chibi goodness! xd Yep that's right! I was surprised someone made an animated GIF out of it using the MGM lion. I laughed when I immediately recognized the reference. =D A cookie to GJ-bu fans who can figure out the reason why the bubbles are colored yellow, pink, and purple. =3 Since I couldn't think of any other shape to decorate my Shion banner, I surprisingly came up with bubbles. Balloons would have to be big on the canvas if they're supposed to float & fly into the air, and the balloons would obstruct the view of Shion too. xd

Some cute moments featuring Shion: her lack of common sense by eating raw instant noodles and eating a hamburger without removing its wrapper; wearing those cat ears and go nyaa~. And most of all, doting Tama-chan as her "little sister" because she doesn't have one. xd
The ED, I Wish ~, is heavenly! It's quite a beautiful and relaxing song. x3 I can't wait to listen to the full songs! =D Remember the 3 colors of the balloons flying into the air from the ED sequence? Those are the same 3 colors I used for the bubbles I incorporated in my Shion banner for my list design. =)

"Moe Bite" is a move exclusive only to Megumi. xd It's pretty dangerous!
The running gags of the show! While some jokes in the show get overused, the show itself is still very enjoyable to watch that half an hour passes by without me realizing~ Exactly! I thought I would be using the eyecatch featuring Megumi from a particular episode but luckily I found something better AND cuter! Shion's best frame was also hard to find.

At least the different ending songs of GJ-bu are in YouTube although I can't wait for the full songs to be released.
Nice Pokemon reference! x3 Megumi's "Moe Bite" would have a different effect on me. I'd be paralyzed from infatuation just like "Attract" does. xd
Good thing I remember which episode was it where Mori finished twirling with a smile for Kyouya. =D That was one of my favorites! At first, I was having a tough time looking for the perfect clip with Mao in it. Luckily I re-watched the entirety of episode 1 and found her with that cute smile in the 1st ED song! xd

Thanks for the compliment! =D Designing each banner was fun. It's a good thing I remember some scenes from selected episodes where the girls look cute at their best so I used those and extracted frames from them. Rendering each picture was (and will always be) time-consuming, but it's worth it since it's nearly impossible to find good pictures of the characters as fanart online. And I made sure every character from the show is in it - including the Imoutos and Mori-san! xd Where's Kyoroko? j/k
